Great customer service and beyond excellent product

Product is good. Subscription management is sub par

Suffered from psoriatic arthritis for years. Most of the time diet has the biggest impact, but now combined with BioCBD+ its full circle. My aches and pains are almost gone, my joint movement has increased and overall just feeling good. I’ve tried 3-4 other CDB brands/products, but not until I learned more about bioavailable CBD and how the body can absorb it better, i was truly wasting my money. Now I have my go-to product. I have also found it really has helped with stress and anxiety as well, owning two business I’m always on the go and stress is at its max. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!

Love love love the products!!! I regularly take a CBD oil pill in the morning and several times I’ve had to go without taking it for whatever reason and I really notice that my hips start hurting again when I don’t take it but are basically instantly cured once I start it again!! Amazing! Their ordering process could be made a little easier, maybe, because I’m not sure if I had issues with prior orders because of the regulations on ordering CBD oil products in the US, but now all seems to be good!

I just don't get this company. They keep sending me review links and my review is NEVER going to change until they can successfully produce a non faulty product. I stand by my review that they are producing a defective product and any subsequent orders i received were just as defective. Their cbd vape cartridges are faulty. We only had one out of four that the top didn't just fall off and spill the oil everywhere and after testing the working cartridge out it only stayed intact because we never moved the vape containing that particular cartridge but you can literally just lift the mouthpieces right off the cartridges with no force whatsoever and the oil spills right out of the cartridge. They are cutting corners in the quality control and manufacturing and have made zero plans to fix this serious design flaw. Great oil if you can keep it from spilling but in the end you will feel ripped off because if you move your vape or take it with you anywhere, the oil WILL spill all over your purse/car/work clothes... wasting your money and creating a huge mess. There are other organic filler free CBD vape oils out there with fully integrated web stores, web enabled customer support and the cartridges don't fall apart...

Soo... you are calling me a liar. The cartridge ABSOLUTELY spilled in my purse, also in my car, and another leaked onto the bookcase it was laid on. You need better customer service skills period! You guys keep offering to make it right but never DO anything. You offered to replace the cartridges, never did it. You say you will refund me, never did it. If you want to fix something with a customer and are honest then you fix it BEFORE the customer writes a review and you follow through. Let me guess, you are the type that only does charity work or the right thing if you can photograph it on social media and use it for a pat on the back?! This whole ordeal and response combined with lack of action speaks volumes about your integrity. I wasn't even that upset about it until you offered to replace them several times, never did, then just kept bothering me asking me for reviews after never following through on your customer service promises and now a reply calling me a liar and still not doing anything to correct the situation?! Now i flat out say.... AVOID these guys!! Plus you made your lack of integrity and hot air public. I feel bad for you, i seriously do. How embarrassing!!

I use it to help me sleep. I've tried melatonin, teas and many naturopathic sleep aids to help with a decades long issue of not sleeping well. Nothing worked to quiet my mind, until I tried cbdplus. First I used the tablets, then switched to the vape so I could control the dose and quite honestly, keep the expense down. It works great! I've been using it for a few years now and it's as effective now as when I first started using it. I can't recommend it enough if you have an over active mind keeping you up at night.

Absolutely wonderful. Customer service and communication is excellent as is their product. I have tried other CBD products such as oils, but the BioCBD water soluble with turmeric pills are the best I’ve tried yet for treating my insomnia and other symptoms I have from MS. Pills deliver a higher amount of CBD that lasts longer, and is less expensive than what I would have to use to get the same result with oil. Highly recommend!
