Quality products that help me (and are made nearby!)
I've been using CBD from BioCBD+ for over a year at this point to help manage stress, pain, and the feedback loop between the two. I trust the brand, and I feel a difference when using their products (the capsules and the vape). The vape has been particularly useful as an alternative to THC vapes, while still providing some relief. As a personal bonus, the company is based in the same county as I am (in CA), so the shipments always arrive super quickly.

Not only was associate Allison non…
Not only was associate Allison non responsive, rude and condescending, but even after I expressed to her based on poor Customer service that I had no intention on renewing or refilling my order, she has irresponsibly and with malice gone ahead without regard to a customers request just billed me. Furthermore, she suggested I try the pills, which had no effect and I requested to send back unsuccessfully.
I would appreciate support to rectify this colossal disregard to a customer or I will file a co plaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Customers are supposed to be treated with courtesy and adequate time response Should be provided instead of having to follow up two and three times to then receive condescending responses when the had is raised.

The calm cbd vape is an astounding product. I've been using it for nearly 3 months and I am very happy with the anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory properties. I am a veteran that deals with service related issues in the c-spine and this product, without a doubt, helps to subside nagging pain. I was asked to prematurely submit a review; in retrospect without even receiving my order and based on lack of responsible response time that was a huge mistake
I have to edit my review based on the following:
1. I was asked by Allison to provide a positive feedback without finalizing my order, in retrospect that was a mistake.
2. I had already placed my order and based on Allison’ recommendation I proceeded with a second order for the pills; however, I was erroneously charged for shipping when I selected free shipping.
3. I reached out to Allison Friday 3/6 about the issue and she said she would look into it when she logged back into her account.
4. She never had the courtesy for a consumer to respond until I followed up yesterday 3/9 and she didn’t respond til 3/10.
5.When she responded I had to reiterate time and again the issue which diminished the conversation I thought she would have remembered and texts.
6. Today after expressing my disappointment and her late response her only response was “thank you”. After condescending back and forth, she as a matter of fact reimbursed the shipping charges.
I will be returning the pills and reconsider further business with your company.
