The young lady on counter cannot count…
The young lady on counter cannot count ,I was in hurry so did not dispute charging 12 cuts when only 8 cuts were being made .If they need the extra £2 then they can have it.
2400 two pieces cut to 1160(4) = four cuts
2400 two pieces cut to 1540(2) = two cuts
3000 two pieces cut to 2500(2) = two cuts
Not 12!

Unfortunately this is the product of human error that happens from time to time. The £2 was refunded back to you on the 16th of June and should of hit your account by now.
If you have any billing issues in the future we are at the end of the phone and always happy to help.

Quality
I only bought 2 replacement overlap fence panels (tanalised and made in house). These are better quality fence panels than generally available and the ones that I replaced. I do sincerely hope they keep supplying good quality.
I would hate to have to go to Wickes or the like to buy crappo fencing.

The place to go!
Nice tidy premises. Jenny was very pleasant and had my paperwork immediately to hand. A young man carried my panel to the car. Although I live in Ilkley, I’ll be making you my “ go to place” in future. I used to live in Bingley before you were established.
Cheers!

Keep the Manager away from customers…..
Feedback for the company owners: Ban your General Manager from liaising with customers. She’s that rude I wonder if she’s trying to sabotage the business. Other reviews suggest you have a great team overall and supply quality products, I just never got that far.
