It’s so bad site

Originally I thought I was signing up to get a box of books from Barns and Nobles. And after completing everything it was for Binderoutlet. If I were still in college I wouldn’t have a problem with it but I’m not. I do appreciate the help and response from the team though

I was under the impression I would be getting a product for a huge discount. I was charged the amount of the product and price. Then later my account was charged another fee. I did not receive the product unfortunately. I wasn't able to cancel the transaction due to the site saying I had to wait 24 hours. Even then I couldn't cancel after said time. I had to chat with customer service to get it taken care of.

Customer service was fast and attentive to my complaint.

Upon review of this matter, Diamond from Escalation team is responsive in taking care of this matter and offering to handle this matter.

Yo me enteré de ustedes por un correo cobrándome una suscripción que no recuerdo haberla hecho la suscripción era bastante alta por un tema o una página desconocida en la cual no me servía para nada si su servicio es legal no deberían de cobrar sin alguna autorización de mi banco.

This business is a scam. They purchase your email from a 3rd party and then set up a fake account that charges another credit card. From there, they say they will issue a refund (most people think it’s their card) if you leave a positive review. Here is what the email says: “To finalize your case in our database and mark it as resolved, please share your feedback about your experience with me through a short review on Trustpilot. Your feedback not only helps me properly close your case, but also shows other customers they can trust us when they need help.

How to leave your review:
• Click this link: (can’t put it here becuase of stipulations)
• Select your rating (4 or 5 stars are always welcome).
• Write a short note about your positive experience (“ Jamal helped me," " Jamal solved my problem," or "Thank you, Escalation Team").
• Submit your review using your email or Google.”

This business is a scam. Do not engage with them. Report them to the authorities and monitor your cards. They are trying to farm positive reviews by buying your email. You did not lose money. This is not credit card fraud. It is trickery.

They were good about solving my problem. Kevin was good at making sure I was satisfied.
