Absolute dreadful company
Absolute dreadful company that has zero customer service at all.ordered petrol pressure washer and a week after ordering have still not received item. Courier company is a disgrace with promises of delivery every day and have spent days waiting in for my item only to be advised it's coming the next day which it doesn't. This company not responsible for the Courier but they are responsible for ignoring my emails and PayPal claim for a refund. Totally unreliable, never respond, never available by phone and zero effort to resolve.

However, we do want to clarify that our team responded to your emails throughout the process, raised multiple cases with the courier on your behalf, arranged the return-to-sender exactly as you requested, and issued your refund as soon as the courier confirmed the return. Your refund was processed immediately once this step was completed.
While courier delays are outside our direct control, supporting our customers is not — and we acted promptly at every stage to resolve this for you.

Petrol pressure washer purchase.

Fast, fre and tracked delivery
Very fast delivery, and free! to a remote area of the Highlands of Scotland that usually gets a delivery surcharge. Great service. Helpful website too with full explanations. Hence, ordered directly to Bimsons rather than via Amazon.

Absolutely over the moon with my mma…
Absolutely over the moon with my mma welding machine. For the first time in 40 years I can get a decent weld again even welding with opened pack of 3.2mm rods left in the garage since the 90s.
Buy one of these as it is cheap and alot better than lidl which was my last one,also packaging and fast delivery.

I bought a Champion petrol pressure…
I bought a Champion petrol pressure washer (4200 PSI) last summer and have had no problems with the machine. However, customer service for backup parts and servicing has been extremely difficult. I can’t get ahold of anyone I’ve left several voicemail messages and sent emails, but no one has responded.

I had a problem with the delivery of the machine but could not fault Bimson for the support they gave me as it was a fault with the courier.
They machine is excellent and made my job very easy would definitely recommend the company and the power washer will definitely use again.
