Unable to speak to this company as the telephone number they provide is not manned.
Email and Facebook contact also no response.
I have a simple question regarding gas fittings for the duelfuel inverter/generator I have bought that I am unable to use without help.
Totally rubbish customer service

I needed a small quiet compressor for light duties, that I could use without being deafened like the large one I have, that bangs out around 100 db. This little oil less compressor is a gem, super quiet and fills up the receiver pretty quick. On top of this the machine comes with a 2 year warranty. Impressed with Bimson Power, they sold me a good quality machine, at a good price and had a prompt delivery service

I bought this for my sons to use to keep tar around house clean. They are all very impressed. They like the different settings the options of hose length for bigger area. They also like it as it is lighter to hold compared to others they have used in past. Overall has been great to date they find it very satisfying as works really well on patios brick work tar and kerbs a great investment. Delivery excellent and easy set up. Reminder to add oil too

Superb service. I bought a 3kw fan heater from their website and received emails confirming my order. FedEx then sent an email confirming they had my order a day later and the next day it arrived. The courier even phoned me to confirm if I was happy for him to leave it in the porch. Top marks! [We bought the heater as we have an oil boiler and the cost of heating oil has tripled in the past three weeks. I’m sure some companies are profiteering from this crisis as there is no cap on heating oil prices unlike gas and electric]
