I ordered my Bimmer Euro
Crystal Gear Shifter 3 Piece Set Interior Trim for G20 / G28 BMW 3 Series LCI 330i M340i a week ago it still hasn't shipped out and on top of that you cannot cancel orders. This place is definitely a scam do not trust these people and don't trust the fake good reviews. I call everyday within the business hours and I have emailed them plenty of times

I am interested in a "20 PCS Carbon Fiber Style ABS Plastic Interior Trim for F30 / F32 BMW 3 Series 4 Series" they advertise on their website. I own a coupe and the interior parts designed for a grand coupe model. Obviously, I don't need and I don't want to pay for the rear passenger trim pieces.

I sent them 2 email messages, filled out a "Contact Us" form twice, chat with their "Live Support" several times, sent out a text message once, and even left them a voice mail with my phone number and email address once. It feels as if it falls on deaf ears.

I just cannot comprehend why they leave their customer hanging. I feel it's better to find out how they are now with answering questions. I don't see this lack of communication will improve once I PURCHASE a product from them. I cannot recommend this merchant to anyone.

Defective/not working product (G20 LCI RGB DRLs) is not getting resolved. Talked to customer service for a replacement and they said they needed to submit claim to manufacturer and a week later, no follow-up, being ghosted when I tried to contact to the email that I was talking to the customer service the day of I reported the product.

I bought $200 led and it has been 2-3 weeks since I bought them and it still haven’t even shipped probably cause it coming from there trash factory in Taiwan that sells you trash products for 500% more. Please beware of this scam website and report them. (EDIT: They responded to my comment saying it was delivered the 13th August I was home all day that day nothing in the mail in fact I was writing them a email which they completely ignored don’t shop at this place they would try to make it look like your crazy when they would never ship your stuff out)

order a custom carbon fiber steering wheel. Communication wasn’t the greatest throughout the process of delivery, took about two months too get delivered I believe. Had it professionally installed. Installer had to make personal arrangements for the heated button to be able to even be pressed and activated. Also the horn only works if pressed in a weird angle on the top edge of the airbag and no where else. My detailer also had to clean specs off the wheel on arrival. The rpm and kmh look different irl than they are advertised. Overall looks good but too many difficulties. If you spend over $1000 ona part you would want it to be perfect and work properly with no problems

I bought several products from Bimmereuro and the products arrived in a timely fashion and fit well. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased some GTS Taillights for my m340i as well as a spoiler, front lip, and diffuser. I had some questions about the product fitment and i emailed them and they responded quickly. The products arrived within a week and they fit fine.

Bimmereuro is a 100% SCAM. Beware of them. I used them to purchase OLED rear lights, carbon skirts, carbon mirrors, carbon lip and carbon spoiler. Took forever to ship from CHINA and three of the items were damaged. Plus my items were insure by Shippinginsure. Bimmereuro refuses to replace the damaged parts and Shippinginsure refused to pay for damaged parts. Bimmereuro lies about taking a quality assurance video of the parts before they are shipped to you. They claim they have a QR code on the parts shipped matching the parts you received. Complete lie. They sent me three fake videos and not one showed a QR code that matches my parts. I spent a lot of money on the parts and they are poor quality. OLED lights do not line up and are damaged. Bimmereuro and Shippinginsure must be working together to rip people off. I am reporting them to the California BBB and the California State Attorney General’s office. Also filing a lawsuit with small claims court to get my money back. Stay away from this company like the plague. They will rip you off and send damaged poor quality items from CHINA.

This company has a zero refund and cancellation policy. Communication is very difficult and you can only contact them via email. They do not have a review menu on their site. I needed to make a change to my custom order well less than a day after purchase and was denied and told I would have to pay additional for any changes made. They do not update you with tracking or order status information I had to email support to receive updates after a month of waiting. The website is very difficult to navigate. There are plenty of companies like these who are flexible and accommodates the customer with better policies and customer service. Do your research before purchasing from them.

This company does not stand behind their product and will give you excuse after excuse when dealing with them. Send wrong item, I have been trying for 3 months to get the correct item and finally decided to just return for a refund and they refuse to refund the money and I still do not have the correct item. I caution anyone who tries to do business with this less than honest company.
