They took 650 dollars for an apple upgrade then zero. Got the order confirmation and heard nothing. Waited a few days, heard nothing still. Got in touch with customer services chat function and they wouldn’t respond to any questions. Rude and unhelpful. I have not idea what they are selling, I think it might be just hacking in to your software and illegally cracking or something. It all seems just an overpriced scam. I have asked for my money back but I expect that will be a fight. Let’s see!!

My goods were held up in Paris and i had to contact FedEx, and open a ticket to investigate? I had to relay information back to Brimmertech and at no point did i receive any proactive updates from BrimmerTech. The goods were actually delayed due to incorrect paperwork from BrimmerTech.
Lastly before i ordered Sales initially advised me that there would be no duty or customs fee's, and FedEx are now trying to charge me customs fee's.
During the order/checkout process there is no information regarding possible customs fee's.
I will never use them again.

The customer service is the best, if you have a question they are on it right away. We purchased the 2025 map update and it works perfectly. We are definitely looking at more updates with bimmer tech and highly recommend.

Performance. In a world of affordable BMWs that may have some dust on the engine, you have reached the Awaken zone. Man oh man, I can't believe how much smoother, faster, and cooler my car runs. I went with Bimmertech after reading about the other over-the-counter DIY tunes that were more than I wanted to tackle. This process was easy; I downloaded the software and did the recorded pulls. Our next session was the big kahuna. After the updates were downloaded, my 2017 340ix msport became Sporty. I noticed immediately how smooth the transmission shifted, and how the power was constant through the gears. I did this process in Sport mode, and I can't believe the new mpg I am getting. My commute is a 45 minute cruise on I4 in Orlando, FL and now I can go longer between fill fillups and really enjoy this car. I recommend this upgrade/tune to everyone regardless of how you drive. Your car and your heavy foot will thank you.

The service was exceptional. The chat line worked perfectly. The on line adviser was friendly and efficient. Only minutes after receiving the VIN for my BMW 650 I the order documentation was completed on line.
Installation instructions were emailed separately the same day.
The updated Navigation Chip, including instructions, arrived on the day advised and installation took less than five minutes.

The MMI did not fit into a 2016 640i. I was unable to get a refund because I did not get it returned in under 14-days.

Engine light on my 2017 mini cooper sd ash at Bimmer Tech carried out correct direct diagnostics to resolve fault issue and repair in very fast efficient time . He only uses genuine BMW parts. I will be using Bimmer Tech for all my future servicing and repair issues with my cooper sd. The customer service is 1st class. I have ordered a set of Alpha One speakers for my 2009 BMW Z4 sDrive 30i ( E89 ).These new speakers are really amazing. A much better, fuller sound than the stock speakers of BMW. I installed them myself, was not difficult, take the old speakers out, and the new ones fit perfectly. It was not really cheap, but you get value for the money ! I can recommend it to every one in Europe (NL in my case).

I recently bought a USB stick map update for my 2018 BMW from Bimmer Tech. I couldn’t get it to update. Tech support unsuccessfully tried several options to get things to work. They then sent me an interface cable to hook my computer to my car and scheduled a session for one of their techs to remotely update my map program. When the time came the tech could not get the maps to update and discovered that a previous owner of my car had hacked the map program and it was unable to accept an update. The tech rescheduled my session for two hours later. At the scheduled time he completely rewrote the code for my map program to bring it back to stock and then successfully installed the map update. The result: the hacked map program that was in my car has been replaced with the original factory program, my maps are up to date and going forward I will be able to update my maps by simply inserting a usb stick as intended by the manufacturer. Bimmer tech did all of this for me at zero additional charge above the original purchase price for the usb stick map update. Way above and beyond. I could not be happier. Thank you Bimmer Tech.

I have a 2016 X5, and for the first several years I was so happy with it. Then sadly, BMW through terrible engineering decisions decided to shut down the internal cell phone which mean no updates to software, no map updates and so much more.
But this story has a happy ending. I desperately needed a map update and when going to the BMW dealer, they advised me it would cost $400. Then steps in Bimmer-Tech with a much lower cost map upgrade, The process was so simple, so well documented, and the follow up to ensure everything worked was incredible. I've now told several fellow BMW owners and hope they will also take advantage of these great offers and support.

The product is great. Love it. Makes my car look modern. Install was challenging but worked in the end. The support from your team was outstanding as I had other issues come up at the same time thinking they were related and your support personnel helped me diagnose.

I’m thrilled with my MMIPro! It was installed by one of your partners. The installation process was a breeze. The tech showed me how to use and set it up, which was incredibly straightforward. It connects swiftly when I start my vehicle, and occasionally, I need to reconnect, but that’s not a significant inconvenience. The MMIPro works exceptionally well, and it’s the upgrade I’m most enjoying in my BMW.

I have a 2019 X4 and was losing faith in BMW maps. I was also paying a pricy subscription for live traffic info that Google maps provides for free. Plus I could never hear my messages from iPhone. Decided to get the Bimmertech upgrade to have CarPlay installed. I only had a MacBook Pro for the install, but that didn’t phase them. They gave me a time slot of 9:00pm Aussie time and the technician worked his magic. Took about 30mins. Now I have Wireless Apple CarPlay. My phone connects very quickly and my 6 year old X4 feels like a brand new car. Now I use Waze all the time. Siri works really well and it’s a great interface with the BNW console wheel and buttons. I push the BMW map button on the centre console and it flips back to Waze, Google or Apple Maps - perfect.

I took the plunge on the MMI Pro and the 8.8 upgraded screen this Christmas. Pre-sale questions were thoroughly answered. Shipping was a little slow due to the holidays, but it finally made it—excellent communication from them during the holiday. The instructions were on point, and the installation was straightforward! Although they said the 8.8 screen upgrade was "refurbished," it looks brand new! I was nervous going with a company I wasn't familiar with, but these guys do it right.
