I'm not massively technical but I've found this extremely easy to use and setup for my own business and my clients. It's greatly improved the quality of our email addresses - and the engagement / support from the founder (Leo) is great.

Great tool, but they ate up my credits a while ago. Regarding cleaning the email lists, they're even better than Never Bounce, but they eat up your credits!.
