I never received my order.
Then I was contacted by the Billie Ocean team because of this comment. But they never propose a solution to deliver my order or to get reimburse.
Please don't buy their products. You will loose your money.

Dear Sir,
We are very sorry that you have not yet received your order. However, we would like to clarify that your order was dispatched on time and that we only became aware of the delivery problem after you posted your first review. We contacted you immediately afterwards and also opened an investigation with the carrier.
According to the tracking information, a request was made to change the delivery address. It appears that the parcel may subsequently have been delivered to a collection point but was not collected. The tracking now indicates that it is being returned to us. We are still awaiting confirmation from the carrier regarding exactly what happened.
We fully understand how frustrating this situation is, and we regret it just as much. However, it is not correct to state that we are unwilling to offer a solution or that you will lose your money. As soon as the parcel is returned to us, the order will automatically be refunded. Alternatively, should you still wish to receive the shorts, we remain happy to discuss a replacement shipment with you.
Unfortunately, delivery issues can occasionally occur outside our control, but we will always do our utmost to resolve them fairly.

Your parcel was shipped with PostNL on 29/06 but unfortunately appears to have been lost in transit. Although we work with established delivery partners such as PostNL, in very rare cases a parcel can go missing during transportation.
In the meantime, we have sent you a replacement parcel by express delivery at our expense, and you have confirmed that you received it successfully. Whenever an issue occurs outside our direct control, we always do our best to work with the customer and find the most appropriate solution, as we have done in this case.
We sincerely hope you are happy with your order and can now enjoy your Billie Ocean shorts.
