shady adding 3% fee and blocking the account and saying they are going to delete everthing in 120 days

totally blocked from my store , cant get access to my stock or anything
i think what they have done is wrong and customer support bad

Really poor customer support. I reached out to them about an issue on my site where my terms and conditions weren't displaying. I stayed that I had done it on my end in the settings and if they could please look into it on their end. I was spoken to very rudely and asked to send screenshots and further explain what I meant when my issue was simple and obvious. They then basically said because I haven't paid anything and I'm a free customer that there is nothing they can do to fix the glitch with their product. Disgusting. Maybe If they had have helped me id be a life long paying customer.

Billgang marketed itself as a zero-fee transaction platform. They then added a 3% fee per transaction, did not inform anyone AND backdated that transaction fee on all previous payments. Pretty sure that is illegal, even if it isn't, it is very shady. Would avoid this company like the plague.

paid a Invoice ID: 6bdef9f7-00f9-40b0-bd57-74688707cda5 but later relised this service was provided by a scammer and billgang managing payment and taking share from scammers i contacted to support but no reply

They really don't charge any fees. I only used Stripe (but Stripe has it's own fees) and all was good. You can set up a lot of products and warehouses for free. And you can set your own fees. Site builder is not that good but it's simple, I don't really care about site style. I didn't really talked to support so I can't rate them. Overall this is service without ads, fees, lot of things for free and it's simple to use for people, who don't know how to manage sites.

Careful!!!!! they will redirect the crypto to their wallets, not yours! and after contacting supports, they says there is 3% fees but they will take as much as they can, they even scammed me for 25$, they took all of it, and you can't even see how much fees you own them, lol!

I would like to share my honest review about the support team. They were very unprofessional and disrespectful when interacting with customers. Recently, I attempted to migrate my store from Sellpass to Billgang. I had previously done this in a different account a while ago, and I tried to do it again in my new account without any help. The support team informed me that I could only do it once. When I asked where this rule was written, I found out that it was simply a decision made by the support representative to avoid dealing with the migration process. Additionally, they asked me to pay for a business plan if I wanted them to assist with the migration.

Dishonest advertising. they claim zero fees everywhere on their website but if you look closer, you only get zero fees on their "scale" plan... So you have to spend 300$ a month to actually get "zero fees". Deceptive and unethical advertising.

EDIT: The response is still crap because they have all this marketing and advertising with the following:

This is all deceptive and preys on the fact that people may not read between the lines and see that they are actually getting charged fees because they are not on the 300$ a month plan.

10/10 extremely fast response! I am currently on their business plan and would 100% recommend it!

I didn't want to use it in the first place because sellpass was more practical, but as they updated it frequently, finally billgang became very interesting to use. Staff always answer in chat, usually in less than 2hours. Hopefully they'll continue to improve it, the only negative point is the subscription price, so let's hope they lower subscriptions a little too.

Stay very far away from these people, the name "hood"pay and bill"gang" is all you need to know. I was a paying customer of Sellpass and they refused to provide any support at all for any of the issues I had, even when it was clearly an issue with the website itself. They continue to accept payment for a product they refuse to support. Hilarious considering after testing Billgang it is absolutely horrid and would be extremely overpriced even if it did work. How can you possibly refuse to provide support for your current product while your new one is in "beta" and doesn't even work?

If you have a few hundred bucks just hire someone to make a wordpress website w/ woocommerce. Whatever you do, don't use this service unless you aren't paying for it.
