Really disappointed this time around. I’ve purchased several items from Bikestop with no issues, however I purchased a helmet and after a week it hadn’t been dispatched. I contacted the company who did not know why it hadn’t been dispatched. Decided to cancel the order which was done promptly. Purchased a helmet elsewhere and had it next working day.

Amazing place. Excellent advice from the staff. Mr. M Short was very helpful and let me choose the right gear. Complete satisfaction with the purchases.

Visited Bike Stop today to look for some summer riding gear. Was offered assistance by Martin Short. Martin then spent as much time as was needed giving advice, feedback and several trips to the stock room to sort me the kit I was after.
I always find a visit to Bike Stop enables you to come home with the best gear for your riding style, fit and budget.

Super helpful sales person Martin Short very knowledgeable and very patient with my husband who kept changing his mind. He ended up buying a lovely jacket and he is so pleased with it. Great experience and lovely local shop.

Despite being very busy (Ladies Day and nice sunshine), Georgia took the time and trouble to sort my wife out with a much needed pair of new boots.

Georgia there is amazing. Really cool and promotes females in biking. Makes you feel really welcome int he shop. As previous ladies have said getting into biking can be daunting enough. The shop layout is great, its like a tardis! Cool coffee shop on the ground floor, with a wide range of apparal on display, what they dont have they can order.

I am going to give 5* and only reason is the lovely lady called Georgia. My partner have motorbikes but I am not big fun so I didn't tend to come. Also, all men in a shop like this can be intimidating for some women, but since when Georgia works here I am actually enjoying coming too (my partner couldn't be happier), she is such a joy to be around. Differently from the other guys workings on sales department she told me she is also a conten creator. Which is amazing as I like to check social medial before going places. While some unaware of this role and might think is just being on the phone (yes, I seen the previous comment) little they know that growing following and subscribers in nowadays area is the way to go - and really not easy as it seems! - to reach a wider market, like myself, that wouldn't have much interest otherwise to visits stores like this and yes purchasing products too. Hopefully I can make it on Woman's day. Georgia was the only one going around mentioning this to customers, the day I was in (Ruroc day) I haven't seen anyone else of the sales team being excited about it or promotion it (but there was a guy from sales team telling customers he would never buy Ruroc? On Ruroc day?) So, you see that's what I like when I go places - to see people like Georgia enjoying their job, not only taking payments from us, if you know what I mean. I know feedback is essential for any content creator therefore 5* for you Georgia and above all for the Business owners - that you said they are so amazing (not sure if they work in there?) -
for invest in content creation, because is how people learn about your business, brand, products, and services. Content creators —the people behind the scenes—help in attracting, engaging, and charming leads and consumers. They aid in the growth of your customer base, which ultimately results in increased sales.

Very nice shop with a good amount of stock. Staff are very friendly and ask if I'm OK and needed help. Not too keen on the girl with the tattoos as I have come on a couple times over the last few weeks and she seems to always be on her phone making personal phone calls while the other chap is working his nuts off. Really doesn't look good

Staff Martin short very friendly and very willing to help. Answered all questions confidently. Was a real pleasure shopping there and settled my partners mind as she was worried about owning a bike.

Big thanks to Bike Stop and M. Short for making the return and exchange of the Daytona boots for another size so easy.

I'm all set for my next big trip.

I'm a new rider looking for my first equipment and clothing.

Apon entry, everyone was welcoming and helpful.

I was given time and consideration from Georgia who helped serve me. We went over all the questions and concerns I had. I wasn't pushed to purchase certain brands or products which is great and finally I feel more confident choosing me gear.

I've reserved a jacket and back protector for when I complete my CBT. Look forward to getting the rest!

Have purchased from Bike Stop previously but decided to go in store to try on a few new helmets as my existing helmet was a terrible fit. What a fantastic shop this is. I was promptly helped by a friendly and knowledgeable chap called Martin who assisted me with finding the correct fit helmet. The size and colour Shoei Neotec 3 I wanted wasn’t in stock but Martin sorted out getting one order for me while I had a coffee in their cafe. He also sorted out a discount for me to which was greatly appreciated.
This shop is a bit out of the way for me, but from now on I will definitely use this shop in future.

Follow on update….

Since visiting the shop I have made a further purchase for some Rukka textiles from the website with a view to collect them, as they had a decent sale on over Easter.
Ordered for collection from store as if they don’t fit I could exchange them there and then.

The website states “choose any product for a delivery message” although I cannot for the life of me see any further information regarding delivery messages. I therefore presume if it is available to order, it’s in stock for immediate dispatch and if it isn’t available to order, then it’s out of stock.
The website however allows you to place an order and after a few days of waiting I contact the shop to be advised that they are waiting on the items from their suppliers. It would be nice if the website gave better information as to when the items are likely to be dispatched.

No big deal although I was hoping to get the items collected before going back to work but this unfortunately isn’t going to happen. It’s also highly likely that if they don’t fit, I may have to wait even longer for the other sizes to arrive. Still worth waiting for as I saved a fair chunk of money in the Easter sale.

I will still continue using the shop as they seem to have good deals from time to time, but if you need something in a hurry, I would suggest using Sportsbike Shop as they are obviously much larger and hold far more stock and can therefore get items to you the next day. This is a smaller business so expect to wait a little longer.

Whilst bike stop have a great online operation, there's nothing better than a visit to their delightful shop if you are ever in the area. Great coffee, and welcoming and helpful staff. Super friendly service today from Georgia. Will be back again soon!

Fantastic customer service from Martin at Bikestop. I had an issue six months after buying a product and he was unbelievably kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend buying from them and they have a good range of products too.

I’ve just taken up green laning and went to bike stop to buy some riding gear.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Georgia was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Certainly won’t hesitate to use them for anything else that I need bike related

rude customer service, brought an item from them lasted me 4 months and it broke yet wasn't able to get a replacement for it even though it now goes against my consumer rights act, was not informed that it has no warranty when purchased the item, calling me rude and nasty when I spoke to them with a professional manner will not use this company again what So ever. that's £45 down the drain I won't see again.
company doesn't care about their customers what so ever. avoid this company at all costs.
