Product advertised, purchase confirmed, not in stock.
I purchased a product online, received confirmation that the order had been accepted and would be fulfilled. A few days later I was advised that the order would not be fulfilled due to a stock error. Too bad so sad.

Poor service
Asked a question as the item didn't ship within their stated 24 hours. Heard no response until it was delivered, when they helpfully told me it has already been delivered. I then responded as there was an issue with the unit to which I have still received no reply, weeks later. Thankfully I have resolved with the support of the manufacturer.
An edit seeing as I can't reply to the response: No, it wasn't shipped within 25 mins. There was a dispatch notification within 25 mins but according to Aus post it wasn't received at that point. But yes, it was delivered within 48 hours - I never said otherwise.
As for the record of a reported issue - I can forward the email that I sent you (10:32am, Thursday Nov 13)
