I’ve been a Bijoux customer for years now, since the very beginning and I’m still a huge fan!

I’ve ordered countless times have always been very impressed by the process.

On one occasion Royal Mail did lose my parcel (when they were having a lot of issues) and the customer service was exceptional.
I was ordering for a family members birthday so it was quite an urgent situation but the Bijoux team were so quick to get back to me and rectify the problem. (Even though it wasn’t their fault!!!)

I love the really affordable gorgeous designs. Will continue to be a customer of theirs for many years to come.

Literally can’t get over how pretty and good quality this jewellery is for such a reasonable price !! Order came so quickly and the packaging was so cute. Can’t wait to go to their next pop up !!

Bijoux de Mimi's customer service is appalling. They are unresponsive and avoidant. On their website they state that 'We are not responsible for lost parcels once they are handed to the Royal Mail or any courier. Please contact the courier directly'. This is a Breach of Consumer Acts of 2015. Additionally, they do not allow refunds for cancellations, even if it is their responsibility. Despite their lovely jewellery, they do make it extremely difficult to get your money back, even if it is not your own fault. It is also the businesses responsibility to make sure that it gets to you.

Love Bijoux !!!! I've been buying from them for years, always such great quality and speedy delivery. They're my go to for gifts for friends and family. Their pop ups are always so fun and the girlypops are so cute!! Never had an issue.

Wow, what beautiful pieces at such an accessible price point. I was unsure of what to order for my daughter for Christmas, so I reached out to the team at Bijoux, and they were so helpful in knowing what to select.

I LOVE Bijoux De Mimi! I have so many waterproof pieces that are perfect for holidays as you can wear them in and out the water with spf on they do not tarnish! I’ve also got a perfect initial necklace with my sons initial on it goes with everything! When I’ve been to the pop up stores Phoebe has always helped me, she’s super helpful and really lovely!

omg I went to the bijoux de mimi pop up and I have the best time ever! Not only was the shop absolutely insane with so much choice but I got to choose so many insane jewels which I absolutely LOVE.

My daughters are totally obsessed with Bijoux De Mimi, and I am so grateful that these are the type of young women they are influenced by in this day and age, Amelia is an inspiration. I’ve been going to Bijoux pop-ups since they first started popping up, and every single one just gets better. It’s genuinely my favourite way to spend an afternoon.

There are always the cutest freebies – over time I’ve gotten phone cases, tote bags, Christmas cards, cookie dough, knickers, ice cream, hot chocolate… the list honestly goes on forever 🤍

The girls who work there are SO lovely and make the whole experience feel really special. And the jewellery… unreal. I haven’t taken my hand chain off since the day I bought it.

If you’re ever unsure what to get, they go above and beyond to help – and if they don’t have the exact item you want in store, they’ll literally mail it to your house with free next-day shipping?? 🥹

Customer service is bad they don’t respond when you have issues. I received one of their bangles for my birthday, however after an hour of wearing it out the same night I received it fell off. In addition, two of my friends have ordered the same bangle a month ago. But since then countless of the gems have fallen out. These issues have been raised via emails to this brand, however they fail to respond and help with the issues.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying!!! Awful customer service ! I will not be purchasing from here ever again! Buyers beware!!
