I am thrilled with the item and thank you for the smart little black bag in which to present it as a gift. The bangle is for one of granddaughter's 21st birthday. It was important that it arrived in time and it did.

I contacted Customer support and the team went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the correct size this time, I'm exchanging for a 66mm . The bangle is so solid and appears to be great quality. Super fast shipping too. Keep up the great work team, I'll definitely be purchasing from you again.

Regarding the product specifications, it looks like there may be a misunderstanding about the sizing. We don’t currently carry this chain in a 60mm width; your order was for the 12mm version (9 inches long).
