Ordered about a week ago and was told that my order would be 2-4 business days delivery. Starting to think I’ve been scammed now. Cost me £56 which is an absolute joke compared to other places. Contacted them and have received nothing back so absolutely appalling customer service. I mean why say 2-4 days delivery, yet 8 days later not even shipped? Absolute joke!!!
I will never be buying from here again!!

I've ordered 20 vapes at a cost of £173 and have sent 3 emails in 3days to find out when I am due to receive them which they have not replied. Looks like I've been scammed big time from a dodgy company that has different addresses and a non existent phone number.AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.

I've had no problem with my orders from this company I placed my first order few weeks ago and they came when they should of so I ordered 4 more on the 27th Nov and they have just arrived today 29th complete order to I will be buying again in the future

Scam! Do not buy from this company. No replies to emails or instagram messages. Paid via super payment and after contacting the bank they won’t give me my money back as it goes through as direct payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

3 items were missing from order and 1 wasn't working. I sent 4 emails and had no reply whatsoever.

Beware people it's scammed by this fraud company they are scammed my £98 so do not purchase anything they don't even send items and no answer for you emails stay away they are duggy

Absolutely scam!! Vapes don’t arrive if giving them no star was option I do it! Don’t reply to emails and phone number doesn’t work!

Stay far away from Big Vape Bar. The product is a total disappointment, offering subpar quality and flavor. Don't waste your money on this scam of a vape.

Ordered from this company. My vapes came. 3 out of the 4 was okay. I've emailed the company & had no response. Won't be ordering again. Waste of money.

LOOKS LIKE MY ORDER NOT COMING cant believe ive bought from a scammer again this is the 4th company i been ripped off by my bank pays me the money back tho thieving rats he is also using a fake address he is not at the address on the site I NOW NEED TO ADD MY ORDER HAS TURNED UP EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED I DONT KNOW HOW TO DELETE MY FIRST REVIEW I DID GET MY ORDER MAYB NOT AS BAD AS I FIRST THOUGHT

Scammers!!!

I have been waiting for my package for almost 3 weeks. I have not received a response from them via email. and on instagram they delete all your posts. they don't respond to anything

Appalling customer service.
I placed an order online that consisted of 1x elf bar vape kit and 5x boxes of refills. Despite the order confirmation advising 48hour delivery, I didn't receive it for 2 weeks. I tried several times to contact customer services via email to no avail. When the order did eventually arrive, it only contained the 5x refills I had ordered. Again I emailed to inform them and to find out how to resolve this. In the meantime I bought a vape kit from elsewhere, but upon opening the refills, 4 of the pods didn't work at all and the rubber stoppers in the end of all of them were tinged yellow. It took over 2 weeks to get a response after the partial delivery at which point the responder advised that they had been experiencing email issues. I never received a response to my initial emails. The lack of professionalism of the email leads me to believe that it was probably written by a child. I was refunded for the vape kit and in the email I sent I also mentioned the yellow stained stoppers in the pods and the fact that I hadn't felt safe using them so had thrown them in the bin. In true nature of a petulant child I received a response telling me that they would need to receive the products back in order to get a refund and as I'd already told them I'd thrown them away I couldn't do that in a true childish ner ner na ner ner tone. I pointed out that I'd never asked to be refunded for those items and was just bringing it to their attention and as they are clearly incapable of addressing an email correctly, this was hardly a surprise. I definitely won't be placing any future orders and would urge others to avoid "big vape bar" at all costs. Order #1310 placed 10/07/23
