Excellent approach to transaction and credit assessment with a complex scenario.
Level of communication and collaboration with introducer was excellent by Head of Sale (Alec).

I had a repeat client come through to us at Valiant Finance wanting us to assist with funding to help purchase a Prime mover for his business which was bought from Pickles Auction.
Due to the 48 hours turnaround listed on the invoice i reached out to Alec at Bigstone which was able to approval to settlement in under 24 hours.
We now have a happy Client who will be a Bigstone client for life!

I inquired with several lender but I found Bigstone the best and friendly. They were not there to sell only, instead I felt they wanted to help me. Compare to others processing time, they were quicker, and they guided me step by step to make the application, there interest rate is better as well.

I would also like to add, I did miss one of my payment, they called me next day to inform me, they were very nice and polite, the way they addressed that matter to me, it cannot be compared to any one, instead of me apologizing, I did not feel that it was a default. They are professional and they have a superb customer service.

Borrowed $30000 paid off over 6 months then borrowed $50000 paid off over 9 months great but now have to borrow $100000 minimum that is the only drawback for a small business.
