Pilot but a rushed and very poor service.
I'll start with the positives. Very polite and very hard working. They worked until very late so they could get the job done.
Unfortunately, a lot of the main furniture was broken. Sofa cushions were folded in half, beds and tables were not put back together securely and many items were covered in dust meaning we had to dry clean all bedding and get cleaners in for the mattresses.
This is a very simple man and a van service and I would not recommend them for removals, especially larger removals.
I did raise the complaints and in fairness, thet did ask for photos but there was so much damage found after a few days that it just wasn't worth it.

To provide transparency, we must correct the narrative regarding your "simple man and van" comment:
The Scope: You hired us for a massive 5-bedroom relocation over 100 miles involving multiple flights of stairs.
Your Admission: You admitted in writing that you "underestimated the job" and stated regarding the logistics: "No one's fault but my own."
Regarding the alleged damage:
The Mattresses: When you first mentioned dust, we offered to pay for cleaning. Your written reply was: "It's not a major complaint. Don't worry."
The Timeline: You messaged us 4 days later claiming damage. We immediately asked for photos so we could resolve it. You did not reply for a month.
The Refusal: When you finally messaged us back, you admitted you "can't be bothered" to take photos.
This team has worked together for 1.5 years with a spotless service record. The claim that they suddenly caused such extensive damage is entirely inconsistent with their history of careful work.
We are a fully insured professional company. However, since you ignored our request for photos for a month and then explicitly stated you couldn't be bothered to provide evidence, we were unable to process any claim.
We have the screenshots of these messages and consider this matter closed.

Exceptional
Exceptional, I didn’t have much expectations as it was a standard move. But the man with the van was exemplary, the van hired came with covers which he used to cover my furniture whilst loading the van so my valuable items and furniture were not stolen. The man worked really hard to lift every furniture piece with care and even dismantled the bed I had to dispose. All of this was completed within three hours. I would recommend, really polite, well priced and good communication ! He was also very neat and tidy!

I can’t praise this company enough. The lady in the office was lovely, and the two men were so friendly and worked so hard. They made a stressful time so much easier for us. Also, their charging structure is so reasonable. So much more economical than the other companies had quoted us.

Highly recommend, great work
We had our move on Sunday, these guys are truly hard working. They took 2 huge loads from our 4 bed house and took it to our new 2 bed apartment and assembled two beds. Truly amazing effort and their work was incredible. They were super nice aswell. Thank you guys for making our move so much easier and faster, we really couldn’t have done it without you.
I highly recommend these guys!

It’s nice to work
I rarely use services like this, but this time I had no other choice. There were loads of old, dusty items from the garage, and I thought no one would want to deal with them. But the team arrived on time, packed everything themselves, and even cleaned some of the items before loading. It’s nice to work with people who aren’t afraid of challenging tasks. Thank you

This was an emotional move
This was an emotional move, unfortunately, and the guys just got on with it. They had all the necessary tools to dismantle furniture and quietly and efficiently packed it all away in the van. Then they unloaded into the storage place. I was very grateful to have the stress and effort removed, and would like to wish the guys all the very best.

Great experience
Great experience! Iryna coordinated the time and day for us, and explained the pricing in a clear manner. The amazing duo that helped us on the day was great - We were on the third floor, no lifts and these guys did an amazing job! Removal was quick and efficient, and so was the unloading of the van to the new place. Friendly and efficient service!
Would definitely use again!
