They are scams, their proxy is not working and they refuse to refund

Bigmama proxy is very bad. Waste of money their ip speed very slow dont work properly.

This is a nonchalant FRAUD Network!

Your sock doesn't work and it's impossible to get a refund the same minute of purchase and there's no response.

I will advice everyone to stop using bigmama proxy because of their fraudulent. Any proxy you buy from them will timeout within short period and if you contact support, they will tell you that they cannot refund you. This is act of scammer.
Everyone should stay away from them.....

Horrible Experience! I tried many ip's but none of themnare working! It's not even connecting let alone working. This site is complete garbage, please don't waste your precious money and time om this site.

Don't fund your account, it's a scam. I deposited 5$ in btc but it doesn't reflect in my account. Their support is a crap and doesn't respond. Stay away

I deposit 5$ by LTC but It does not added into my account but deducted from my bitcoin wallet I tried to complain this to them over telegram they did not response properly.There customer service is very poor

Don't Use Bigmama. All IPs are dead in Couple of minutes. Plus too slow, can't even load a simple page.
I hope there are authorities who could take actions against Bigmama for running such scam. They are just offering good features, but in real experience it's horrible.

Don't use this platform. I bought an IP, they gave me 5 ports and non works. I try to get a refund but I was told that IP is working so I should contact support. I searched the whole website and found out that there is no way to contact support, no chat option, no contact email, no form to open a ticket, nothing.

THis site is very bad and really bad ip collected bigmama proxy site, ip connected when after 5 minuts ip not work. many times same problem,,, again ip refund no way... bad website
