High praise for Big Fleet Minibus

Our trip went very well. The driver was excellent. We had the eight large bags and the seven small bags and each person had a backpack and then there was a couple shopping bags. The driver was extremely courteous and worked very hard to get all the bags in. He did an excellent job. He seemed to be an excellent driver. No issues at all; he handled the London traffic very well. Overall, very pleased with the experience. Thank you.

How This Company Destroyed My Trust and Business

I am a tour company, and this is my second time using this company’s services. The first time was for an Eastern Europe trip, and the second time was a UK trip. I never thought they would make me lose my trust like this. They changed the vehicle to a smaller one without informing me, using insurance as the excuse. That might be understandable, but they should have promptly arranged to change it back to the size we originally agreed upon. Otherwise, why confirm it in the first place?

As a result, my clients had to sit facing backwards throughout the journey, which no good tour company would ever do. I have been waiting for a response and compensation during the entire 10-day trip, but there has only been silence—no responsibility at all. I believe they want our business relationship to end here.

For your trip, we supplied an executive 12-seater minibus, which comfortably accommodates 10 passengers with luggage. Throughout the journey, our driver reported that there were no issues raised during the trip regarding comfort, safety, or service quality.

We understand that your concern was specifically about not receiving a 16-seater vehicle. While we acknowledge this preference, the vehicle provided was fully appropriate for your group size, and the service was delivered as agreed..
At Big Fleet, we remain committed to delivering reliable and professional service, and we believe the service provided in this case met the agreed requirements.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs.
We booked and paid for a 16-seat bus for 10 days, but were given only a 12-seat vehicle. Despite repeated assurances that the correct bus would be provided later, it never arrived. The company consistently made excuses, refused to take responsibility, and became unresponsive to both calls and messages.

After multiple complaints, the company offered a compensation of only 350, which is a completely unreasonable amount compared to what was paid(over 10k) and we have never received this compensation anyway.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest service.

Fabulous company to deal with!

We used Big Fleet Minibus for two recent trips and they were wonderful. Experienced drivers, prompt and very comfortable cars. We highly recommend and will definitely use again!
