Disgraceful Support - Accounts disappearing and tickets ignored
Avoid Goodgame Studios and Big Farm: Mobile Harvest! My account (liamli2) has been inaccessible since April 29th due to a technical bug(today is 6th May). Despite entering the correct email, their system returns an "Invalid Email" error.
I have contacted their support team multiple times, but a representative named John keeps closing my tickets (#84708) with a canned response saying the issue is "addressed." It is NOT addressed. They are refusing to provide actual human support or fix their database error.
Their support system is a loop of automated lies. If you value your time and progress, do not play their games. They will lock you out and then ignore you completely. Absolutely shameful service.
