We loved it although after using big bus London we feel you need more stops and also audio wasn’t working often and only once did we have a live guide also the “ walk tour app” although I got it downloaded and logged it it wouldn’t work

Very happy with the areas covered by the bus but very very disappointed with the commentary. So much to see and so little information. How about information about the areas passed through, small points of information about property’s or shops passed. I have done tours all over the world and this rates very low, although I don’t want to criticise to much as open top buses are a very easy and good way to see all the sights and get a feel for the city visiting but please make it so the background music can be turned down or actually only “ background” music!! It was much to loud.

No live English commentary. No notification of stops. Wifi did not work on most buses. You have to use the ear plugs to listen to the history and know when your stop is mentioned. Pay close attention because it only briefly mentions the stop once & that’s it. Most drivers do not speak English. Most do not know where the famous sites are or if they are open or not. Awful!!! I would not recommend!!!

There was no organization when boarding the bus at stop 4 which is at your office. There was a crush of people trying to board the buses which were about a half hour between. There was also a pickpocket there who tried to reach into my pocket because of the crowded boarding area with no organization.

A very gorgeous experience. Visit Paris with Big Bus was one of our best decisions. Many buses at a good frequency and the indications through earphones were perfect. The best about this was the app. I had in my hand the location of every bus so I could organize my trip with any delay. Next time I'll repeat, no doubt.

The Big Bus tours are a great way to see a city. The staff in Paris are exceptionally helpful and take the time to fully explain and answer questions. They appreciate we're tourists with a limited amount of time to visit attractions and experience a city. The bus drivers were careful and stops ran smoothly, even the drop-offs which have to be quick took time to inlude everyone needing to hop on. They accommodate strollers and other things people need to bring with them, and are very, very considerate of people's needs such as those with wheelchairs and crutches, and the elderly who may not move as quickly. All in all a most enjoyable service. Thank you to the Big Bus team.

The service was great however, there were quite a few bus stops that were not clearly marked up and it was very difficult to locate. The weather was beautiful but extremely hot to be trying to search for locations with my 9 year old daughter. We found that the stops weren't as obvious on the 'Blue route' of Paris compared to the red. It was the first time we had done a hop on/off tour, it wouldn't stop us from trying the service again in the future though. The drivers and guides were lovely, very friendly and easy to understand. We opted for the deluxe tour which included the river cruise. We timed it for the 8pm cruise meaning that we docked back at 9pm, just in time for the eiffel tower to sparkle. It was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our tour bus rides , the red and blue buses. we enjoyed seeing the beautiful sites of Paris.. the bus drivers were helpful and their assistants and tour guides with their memorable stories about the sites as we drove along . When I go to another city and this bus tours are there I will definitely take this tour again .

Red route was very good, plenty of busses and didn't have to wait too long. The Blue line however was rubbish. Looked like only 3 busses running and had to wait ages. Also there are a number of stops that are DROP OFF ONLY. The river cruise was very nice.

It was a good experience. Some drivers were very kind. And gave us the directions we needed. Sadly we lost our tickets. And without them we where not allowed to do the boat trip.

Every thing was great , the routs are well planed, the buses come to the bus stops frequently , we don't have to wait in any bus stop more than a few minutes.
I surly recommend this tour for any one visiting Paris , and also its better to have the two days ticket , so you have enough time to explore the attractions.

Do NOT book with this company. Their customer service is appalling. If you lose your ticket they will not refund you or give you another ticket and they do not tell you that when you purchase you ticket and get on the bus. The tour itself is very average compared to other tours I have been on. I recommend going with another company. Do not give these thieves your money.

Need speak more languages, the tour package say 2 days, but when I presented at the box office the night tour said 1 in the ticket, I had already planned other activities in the afternoon so I was not allowed to enjoy one that was already paid and announced as a 2-day package, and it is not true, confusing or misleading advertising.
