Paris is such a great venue for a service such as this. The buses we rode on were very crowded (understandable given the time if year) and there was disorderly boarding. There were a number of Big Bus representatives at major stops but were passive - having active marshalling of passengers at popular stops would add order. Also, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a blue route bus to arrive.

Daniel was an excellent tour guide. He knew the area well, had engaging stories, took a slight route change in stride with great improvisation of the highlights and ensured we all had a great time. Highly recommend the Night Big Bus tour.

Stops are not well indicated at all. On the blue route for some stops there is only drop off. Although this was stated when we booked, we saw people getting on at Musee Grevin. We asked the driver and he said we could get on (so we did). Then we asked him about other stops in the Montmartre area and he reapetedly said it was ok also to get on and the leaflet was old. We trusted him but when we tried to get on at Pigalle the driver ignored us and did not stop at all. This was very inconvenient for us considering that it was early afternoon of a very hot June day and we were travelling with an 80 year old lady (the reason why we opted for this type of tour). It does not make sense to take people to Montmartre and then abandon them there. We noticed that other bus tour companies stopped! Also the maps were very approximate. It was impossible to sit on the upfront seats of the upstairs level of the bus because of the heat caused by the glass cover and no air circulation, it was like being in a greenhouse.

Worst tour bus experience ever!!!!! During the canicule in Paris, not only they didn't put on any A.C. in the bus, they even let people come on board when the bus was already full so they had to stand up during the whole bus ride, people were suffocating with the 37 Celsius degrees heat!!!The price is WAY too expensive for what we got, the circuits are repetitive as the bus turns around the same spots several times! Incredible! Actually I would have enjoyed it MUCH MORE by foot, as it's faster, more efficient and more comfortable! SERIOUSLY DON'T GO WITH THEM!!!!! Worst choice of my trip in Paris as it ruined the whole trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Big Bus tours. We did the one day tour with the river cruise (wish we would have had the time to do two days but next time...)! It was a perfect way to see all of the major sites on the first 2 hour tour and then hop on and off at our must see areas after to explore more personally. We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend for first time visitors to Paris as it can be quite overwhelming if you are trying to drive or walk.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. And your app actually helped us find a stop we had not been to... Excellent commentary ! Stopped at almost every stop.... highly recommend!

The tours were wonderful. The drivers were good at slowing down for pictures and everyone heard the commentary through headphones. Very nice

Before booking, back in England, I checked that your buses were wheelchair accessible, and I was told, Yes about 1in 3 have ramps, so I faithfully bought tickets for myself and my wife. This is our first visit to Paris and for a special anniversary.
However we stood for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, and were passed by 4 buses that were inaccessible. After going for a coffee we eventually were able to get on the 6th bus, lifted on by the driver.
We did the tour, stopping only at the Eiffel tower. We didn't have time to do the blue tour, eventually ending at 6.45.
All in all a very disappointing experience, and a waste of time and money

The tour was fine but I suspect you should advise visitors of how torn up Paris is and how long a loop can take with the traffic. We have young kids and could have used that information as we were stuck in several construction zones for quite some time.

Muy dificil encontrar las paradas. Linda las rutas que hacen. El audio queda corto en las descripciones. Seria bueno que tengan un plano escrito de paradas y explicaciones.

Deberia existir la posbilidad de usar el ticket no en dos dias seguidos.
Hubo una maraton el dia de mi tour y en ningun momento actualizaron la aplicación, esto genero demoras para iniciar mi tour.
Falta claridad en los horarios de las ultimas paradas del día.
En el tour por el rio, mayor señalización o indicar que es una unica salida

It was a great experience. My only difficulty was the busyness of stop 4 trying to take the blue route. We had my elderly mother with us abd opted to take a taxi instead. The night tour was oustanding!

Bueno pero con reparos. El paseo es agradable. No llega hasta Sacre Coeur, la torre Eiffel sólo se ve desde Champ de Mars y algo para tener en cuenta es la alta velocidad con la que conducen los chóferes el ómnibus. Por momentos hasta peligroso e imprudente!!!!

Great routes around Paris. Stops are convenient and buses regular.

Mucho desorden y pocas estaciones para abordar el bus, la segunda linea con menos frecuencia.

Paris was a first-time experience for us (we got married on this trip!) and the Big Bus is the ONLY way to see as much of Paris as is possible. The drivers educate, inform and entertain with interesting facts and anecdotes that one doesn’t get from walking tours or taxi drivers.
We took both day and night tours , and the highlight of the night tour was the driver’s perfect timing to see the on-the-hour strobe light show on the Eiffel Tower!!

This was a nice tour. The buses weren't that packed and were clean considering the amount of people on them. They provided patrons with a free set of headphones to listen to the automated tour guide. In between the tour guide talking it was nice to hear the music they were playing. I really enjoyed listening to the history of everything in Paris.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. The first one is because they apparently give out ponchos on rainy days, but when we tried to get some they were out. 2. That day we could only find one bus with a live guide and every time we tried to meet it at a stop the bus was full and our family of 5 could not fit. 3. although the pre-recordings were nice and did the job it would have been nice if there was a little more information given and/or they switched up the music. I heard the same few songs over and over again.
4. although the bus takes you to many fantastic stops in Paris, it kept driving past the area with tons of restaurants and cafes. To get back to the food it was a 15 minute walk from the louvre. Normally that walk isn't bad, but when it's raining (unexpectedly) it is, combined with the fact that they were out of ponchos made for a not so fun experience.

Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Big Bus Tours to others. If they were to fix some (or all) of the things I had issues with it would make for a better experience for customers.
