This website is a scam. At first, they may process one or two withdrawals to gain your trust. But once you win a big amount, they send you a fake successful transaction ID. When the money does not reach your bank account and you contact them through email, they ask for your bank statement. After that, they keep saying things like “wait one or two more days” or “your case is under investigation, we will contact you once it is completed.” Even after all that, the withdrawal still does not arrive. Then, when you ask again why the payment has not been received yet, they simply provide a fake UTR number.

Transfer is credited delayed in account. As compare to others app like MOSTBET, Big-boost takes too much time to credit winning fund to particular account.
I humbly request to work on this key issues / Parameters on utmost priority.

Did not get my bonus or freespins as promised. I was blamed for that. They ment I had done something wrong, I just followed a link who promised 100% bonus for registration and free spins. This is just SCAM

I deposited ₹4000 via UPI using their third-party payment option, but the amount was never credited to my account.

When I raised the issue, their support team asked for my bank statement as proof, which I provided. After that, they told me I would receive a refund within 14 days. I waited, but nothing happened.

I followed up again, and this time they asked me to wait 28 days. I even shared additional proof showing the transaction to the UPI ID listed on their website. Despite all this, they simply denied receiving the payment and refused to process any refund.

I have neither received the credited amount nor my money back. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this platform. Scammers! I have complete email history how they scam and bank statements to back it up!
