A massive shoutout to Chris in sales, who was brilliant from start to finish. He ran us through everything that was on offer, answered all our questions and made the whole process really easy.
The driver was great as well — really friendly and made the experience even better.
The sound system was great, the karaoke was absolutely class and the TV was a great size too. Everything was perfect for a stag do and the whole group had an amazing time.
Would definitely recommend, and thanks again to Chris and the driver for looking after us!

Pink Party Bus for Hen Do
From my initial enquiry to the day of the booking, communication was brilliant. All questions were answered promptly. The driver turned up with plenty of time for us to decorate the bus before the hen got on. He was very helpful with showing us how everything on board worked. He was also accommodating when we needed toilet stops! We had an absolutely brilliant time on the bus, the hen party loved it. Would recommend if you are looking for a fun ride 🥳

The customer service was great
The customer service was great - they were super helpful during the booking process and helpful with any changes. We had an absolute blast on the bus - sang a lot of very out of tune karaoke and the bride to be loved it!! I saw some reviews online about issues with last minute cancellations so decided to pay the remaining budget in cash to the driver on the day and we had absolutely no problems. Thank you

Had a great time using the baller bus
Had a great time using the baller bus, I’ve used them twice now. Just recently my birthday. Driver was somar and he made sure we had a fab time.
Bus looked great inside and out and everyone said that was the highlight for our pick up and return x

From start to finish we had excellent service! The guys knew exactly what we wanted! It was a trip to Portsmouth on a party bus for a 50th birthday festival! Made the day start with a great party feeling! Josh our driver was brilliant and courteous! Thanks big baller! We will be back!

A huge thank you to Chris, who managed to organise everything for us at such short notice. He was extremely helpful, responsive and made the whole booking process so easy, especially considering how last minute it was.
Our driver Charlie was absolutely fabulous. He was polite, friendly, professional and made sure everything went exactly as we had hoped. He genuinely met all of our expectations and helped make our day even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend Big Baller Bus to anyone looking for reliable, professional and friendly transport. We had such a great experience and will 100% be booking with them again in the future.

Paid for a 16 person bus for my 25th birthday… I had THE BEST TIME. Highly recommend!
The whole team had amazing communication with me throughout the months from when I first enquired up until, even, the day after the booking. They were patient with my 10000 questions and were always accessible when needed.
We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, were encouraged to have fun and arrived smoothly and safely to our destination to continue the night.
Thank you all at Big Baller Bus, will definitely consider booking again for future events!

The best way to travel! We booked the party bus for a hen do, and the karaoke was a great hit! Everyone had the best time and meant the party could started earlier. Thank you to all involved, and with the help organising it ☺️

Great value and company
Great communication and by far the best price and value. Our driver, Joshua, was an absolute gentleman, respectful and happy to assist with anything we needed. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you for a fab day out, what a wonderful way to travel, we never want to get the train to London again now!!

We used Big Baller Bus on our wedding…
We used Big Baller Bus on our wedding day and couldn't have been happier with the service. They provided a beautiful white stretch limo to take my wife and me from our wedding venue to Clacton Pier for some photos.
Our driver was absolutely brilliant. Some of the roads he had to navigate were incredibly narrow, with cars parked on both sides, and he handled the limo effortlessly. When he came back to collect us, he'd somehow even managed to get the limo turned around and facing the right direction ready for us — I genuinely have no idea how he managed it!
He happily waited while we had our photos taken on the pier, and when we returned he was more than happy to wait again while we took some additional photos with the limo itself. At no point did we feel rushed, which meant we could relax and enjoy the experience.
Everything went perfectly, the limo looked fantastic and it added something really special to our wedding day. We'd absolutely recommend Big Baller Bus, and particularly want to thank our driver for doing such a fantastic job and helping make the day that little bit more memorable.
