I finished my book and wanted it printed had my money stolen instead.…
I finished my book and wanted it published, I put my ebook on Amazon two weeks later I got an email from a company ordering 500 books they sent a contract. I checked them out here and other online sources it all looked great. In the contract they reccomended using the big apple publishers for the book printing. June 5th I signed both contracts 3months later no books and when I requested my $4000 back they cut off all contact, crickets. I have filed a complaint with the FBI cyber crime division not holding any hope there. These scammed are smart they imitate actual companies which hurts that companies reputation. If you have big apple publishers contact you call the authorities don't send any money, I would give these crooks zero stars if I could.

DON'T USE THEM - IT IS A SCAM
During my initial "chat" with one of their associates she was very condescending and I had my concerns that this was a valid company and offer. However, I checked a variety of reviews which were mostly very good so I proceeded. My first meeting with my "Project Manager" was scheduled for today at 11am. No meeting invite was scheduled, they didn't call me or email me. I reached out to my contact on FB Messenger and email her. No reply. How do they have positive ratings? They basically took my money and now have ghosted me. Don't believe them or give them any money. Appears to be a SCAM

Svar från Big Apple Publishers
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We'd like to clarify that our Project Manager attempted to reach you by phone at the mutually agreed time; however, the call went unanswered and was directed to voicemail. In addition, multiple follow-up emails were sent, but we did not receive a response.
At no point did we state that your refund request would be denied. However, to process your refund efficiently, we require clear and responsive communication so we can complete the necessary procedures without unnecessary delays. Neither you responded to the project manager nor to the quality assurance department to get your concerns resolved. We remain committed to resolving this matter and appreciate your cooperation in helping us move the process forward.
