After trying micro dose in California I was looking for an alternative in Europe. I have done twice the six weeks program and I couldn’t recommend it more!!! As a creative it helps me with my day to day work. It is hard to explain but it makes the creative process more fun, with more clarity and less anxiety or overthinking. Overall I feel uplifted and even when I stop taking it I feel like it trains my brain to think in a calmer more composed and creative way! Love it, already recommended to two friends who are now feeling SUPER BIEN!!

I have been on Bien for two weeks now and I clearly can feel a big difference.
