Looks good and presentation of lots with detail is first class. Slightly irritating, in that your account will save Auctions, but not lots, meaning a repetitive pressing of many buttons and scrolling before finding the one you're looking at.
And that's when it got a bit weird. My favoured lot started at $500, so with 5 minutes to go, thats what I put on and got accepted.
With 1 minute, someone bid $4000. Now, normally, in an auction, the winning bid would be theirs, at $500 plus the next increment , with any counter bid keeping them in the winning 'chair' until $4000 plus.
But no, that person bid $4,000, so that was the mark. Maybe its on page 78 in font size 2 on the t&c's, but bidders need to know this.
For me to bid again, I had to swipe right on the Bid Again button, which I did, meaning I had bid the next automatic increment $4,250.
The auction then ended, but I lost without any other bids.
I'll write the exact words "Sold for $4,000 - Not won (Your bid $4,250).
Not too bothered about losing the bid, but I would have been raging if it had been, say $600.

I participated in the Millea Brothers auction in October and had a good experience. It was fun to watch the video of the auctioneers and easy to follow along and bid in real time. No glitches or slow internet, I liked it better than Live Auctioneers.

Great, platform. Super easy to find items and bidding is a breeze on smartphone or desktop (didn't even have to download an app). Significantly better user experience than their competitors.

Now I can see the reviews were nothing but lies. I would’ve lost it all if not for the support from those listed in the bio.

On Bidsquare I lost $4700.00 : Reserve Stock Auctions claims no responsibility for selling me lab created diamonds when advertised as 100% real natural diamonds. Reserve Stock Auctions says that US Jewelry Liquidators gave them the earrings to auction. Why would you not verify what you are selling? You can't reach US Jewelry Liquidators. When you call them the line goes dead.

After my purchase, I had asked Reserve Stock Auctions for my earrings and the report because it was taking too long for me to receive them. All of this Bidsquare has copies of. I didn't receive the earrings for 20 days after the auction. I had my bank send Reserve Stock Auctions the money immediately. Then I asked for the GIA certificate to verify what I had bought. Reserve Stock Auctions sent me an unofficial GIA report that didn't validate what I had bought. This was 12 days after I received the earrings which made it over 30 days. Reserve Stock Auctions knew it was now over 30 days. The unofficial GIA report I received after the 30 day return period had different language describing what I had bought than the listing on Bidsquare.

Because of the discrepancies in the report I started the investigation. I relayed all of this information to Bidsquare with numerous calls and emails. Bidsquare repeatedly took my information but didn't call me back. Every time I called Bidsquare I would get a different person who had no idea of my situation. Bidsquare did not keep track of my complaint as each time I called, the employee of Bidsquare had not idea of my situation.

Bidsquare does not have legitimate authorized auction houses on their site. Bidsquare could care less as you see in their response. Bidsquare was informed that I had not received the earrings or the GIA report in a timely manner. I let them know about a week after winning the earrings that I had not received my purchase. Bidsquare and Reserve Stock Auctions should not be selling fake diamonds as real. Reserve Stock Auctions is selling fake diamonds as real diamonds on Bidsquare and other auction sites. I can't get my money back. Again, beware they are selling fake diamonds and you will get a big runaround from Reserve Stock Auctions and Bidsquare! Bidsquare is not removing this auction house from their site nor do they stand behind any fake product sold nor will they refund any of your money. Do not buy on Bidsquare or from either of the two companies mentioned above. Again, I lost $4700.00

Sorry Bidsquare but sending junk emails regarding services I haven't engaged deserves zero stars

Bidsquare allows us to connect to the worlds auctions without having to leave our country or study. With regular emails keeping us in touch with what’s coming up and an ease of bidding live or absentee due to different time zones.

It is easy and fun to view or even, if possible, to take part in an remote auction.
Bidsquare allows the possibility to learn via Internet how art and antiques are sold and purchases over many places in the world.
Bidsquare is an important tool if buying or selling too. Prices in auction, to me, seem more realistic than fixed store prices, more so, in the antiques or art world. Bidsquare is like a window to real prices all over the globe.

I BUY ALOT ON BIDSQUARE AND WOULD GIVE IT A 5 STAR EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING MY INVOICES.

The best online live auction experience. I tried many different live auction platforms. Bidsquare offers the best experience. Live auction audio/video streaming was great and no lag. I loved seeing and hearing the auctioneer while being able to place bids online. Also I can place absentee bids. This is very convenient for me especially when I am too busy following the auction.

I was really happy with my experience. This was my first online auction and I though the process was really easy. I had wanted to buy myself a pair of vintage sunglasses as a treat for my birthday. I found Bidsquare through search and then registered on the site.
Registration was easy, and with search I found some really nice options. When I found the right pair (Prada) I was able to bid before the auction even began. I got a text right before my auction went live and was able to place new bids at that time.

I won, and got the sunglasses very quickly! Also payment was super easy, which I appreciated. The sunglasses were in perfect condition.

Now I am hooked on online auctions. I like that Bidsquare has a lot of auctioneers and not just one category. I keep finding new things I am interested in.

Easy to navigate and bid interesting lots.

I recently had a bad experience with an auction house in Florida. I really have to praise Bidsquare’s handling of the issue. After the dealer ignored my emails and calls I wrote an email to Bidsquare. They immediately responded professionally and communicated with the auction house in question.
