Great service my little granddaughter is thrilled with her new born doll,pram, clothes and accessories to go with it. Everything so beautifully made . The clothes in particular with the attention to detail is so lovely. The pram with the bows on is beautiful and as for the doll she's so realistic . I would definitely recommend and will be adding more in the future

My 2nd year birthday gift
My 2nd year birthday gift. Nice friendly face! Not scary. Perfect size to hold under one arm when running! Looking forward to arrival of actual new baby sister but might need a revision on safe holding of baby technique. I love that 'Baby' has voice to make real baby noises and early speech. I love my Bibi Doll :D

The large babies bed is well made but I feel it needs to be deeper and a little more robust. The baby dolls are quite substantial and so it needs to be deeper so they look like they are in a bed

Very pleased with this lovely little doll she is really sweet and a lovely size and Wright for a 18 month. With the accessories too my granddaughter has played and played with her.

Excellent realistic dolls like no other…
It’s realistic compared to other dolls.. the clothes are cute and a perfect accessory. They make sounds that sound like real babies and they are sized like real life babies! Children absolutely love em! Excellent product! 5 stars!

Defective faces - Bad presentation
Recieved my first order of 2 dolls & both had defects, the packaging is a plain bashed brown box cheap & tacky so sent back & tried ordering the same again & same happened another doll with all marks to the face & tatty hair like it had been used. Still waiting for refund for 3 items that I’ve had to send back, only kept one as it’s for a present, tried to contact customer service via email who don’t care lucky if you get a reply & there’s no contact number! Won’t be ordering again from here obviously no quality control in place be aware!

I found the service I received really good. Very quick delivery. Ordered the item on a Sunday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday. I received updates about the delivery and the item was really good quality and as advertised. I will definitely order from Bibi Doll again.

First time buying, great experience
First time buying from this company as I actually never knew it existed till recently and iv bought a few lovely bits for my son, I love all the different choices of girl and boy dolls too he had loads to choose from and we got extra outfits and there was a few to choose from outfit wise too. Will definitely be using this company again as a few things I wanted were out of stock so soon as there in stock il be placing another order, items came quickly and packaged really well too.
