Dont bother. Get a £9 one from your local shop
Items absolute rip off. Awful quality. Pram broken on arrival. Outfits dont even contain a full outfit just a jumper and vest. Clothes very poor quality. Accessories dont fit doll. Potty is about 1/4 of the size it needs to be. Have contacted for full refund. Will update if this is actioned in a timely manner.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Was not in a box but in a postage bag, the spare outfit was loose in the bag so I presume this was a return. But the doll was intact and no damage. If I was buying this for a child I would have expected it to be in a box and packaged properly. There is a voice thing inside the doll, no instructions were included, but I'm not using it for this. I bought it for modelling my crochet baby clothes, so for me it's serving a purpose.

Eyelashes fell off ...
Sadly, the eye lashes fell off of one of the two dolls I bought the day after I gave it to my daughter for her birthday. Otherwise the dolls are a lovely realistic weight and she loves them.
