Really good advice from Richard. I didnt know much about energy, just that it’s costing me an arm and leg, and just needed advice on how to actually bring the bills down.

Richard asked lots of easy questions to understand our home and what we were dealing with and explained it all. No hard sell and no trying to flog us something we didnt need.

I also appreciated hearing about what he’s done in his own house. He’s a dad too in a busy house with teenage kids and clearly gets it!

I came away with some simple, practical ideas and a much better idea of what to do next. Well worth the money and I’d happily recommend him to anyone. Sound bloke!

I came to BHEM Solutions because I wanted some advice about energy and, more importantly, ways I could cut my bills. If I’m honest, I didn’t really know much about any of it.

I’d done quite a lot of Googling beforehand, which just seemed to leave my head full of information but no clearer about what I actually needed! I’d also spoken to another provider and came away feeling like they were more interested in what they could sell me than what was actually right for me.

Richard was completely different. He took the time to understand my situation and explained things in a way I could actually understand, without making me feel stupid for not knowing what I was talking about!

He gave me some really useful advice about reducing my energy costs and, rather than telling me what I should buy or do, he gave me enough information to make my own decision. That was really important to me.

I also spoke to Richard in quite a bit of depth and one of the things that made me trust his advice even more was finding out that he actually practices what he preaches in his own home. For me, that makes a big difference. It’s easy to give advice, but I like knowing that someone genuinely believes in it enough to do it themselves.

I honestly feel the advice was a really sound investment. I went from feeling pretty clueless and overwhelmed to actually understanding what I was looking at and having some practical things I could do.

I’d definitely recommend Richard and BHEM Solutions, not just to homeowners but to businesses of all sizes too. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who seems genuinely interested in helping you get the right answer rather than just making a sale.

Richard & B-HEM are absolutely exceptional. With an incredible amount of experience and accolades behind him, he is exceptional at his craft, unbelievably knowledgeable and delivers with extreme care, precision and is a cut above anyone I have dealt with, but also delivers on the basics - polite, timely and puts the client first.
