Very terrible service. When they wanted us to purchase there membership they used to call everyday to convince us. And they had this condition that if they don't provide good service then they will refund my money back in 21 days. It's been 3 months now and we didn't liked the service from very starting itself. I am international client and we are requesting for refund every single day. Even there customer service is also not good. They had charged my such a huge amount for 3 month service and they are denying from giving back the money now. What a useless app this is.

The people they show as your potential matches are not real. What I did was I got J4Elit.com
as an alternative option and even though I didn't set out with high expectations it appeared to be much more efficient than BharatMatrimony and also friendly on the wallet. At least they have a great variety of honest and genuine women. BharatMatrimony can't boast anything like that. They just promise you more matches with another package, always pushing you into spending more money, but no matter what package you get, ultimately it's all the same thing. It just doesn't work as it should and things don't move anywhere further than matches presentation.

I strongly advise against using BharatMatrimonial. I was charged for a membership renewal even though I had auto-renewal turned off. When I contacted customer support via chat, I was told to send an email. I followed up multiple times by email requesting a refund, but received no resolution or response.
Due to the lack of support, I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a very disappointing experience, and the customer service is extremely poor.
Please be cautious before signing up—you may end up dealing with unauthorized charges and no assistance in resolving them.

They are only after the money.After receiving the money their service become bad

In reality their pool of people is miserable in comparison to J4Kiss.com
and other popular and worthy dating sites. But they do their utmost to make it seem very large. When you sign up and try to write to the women, you feel something is off. You find out that the majority of accounts are dormant or abandoned. They either haven't been there for ages or they were clearly created by AI.

this is very very very bad service , I must recommend any other sites but not this one ,they are plenty with the same name, they force to get premium membership which is zero useful , don't don't don't pay to them trust me

As soon as registration is completed, they will force you for paid membership. Then you will be able to see hardly 100 profile. They will not add any new profiles, NO recommendation. Then they will force you to take high cost assisted service which is also of no use. Try to find match through your community groups. Many people are creating WhatsApp group and doing social service. I am fade up with all the matrimony sites.

Its a pathetic application, fake profiles , once u paid the money for membership after that they blocked your profile by saying you abuse someone and they have send the proof , when u asking for the proof from the customer service they disconnected the call.

This Site is a true cheating and stealing Customers. Also fraudulently setting auto renewal and steal your money. Never trustable and beware.

My father got a call from a representative and multiple times he asked my father to visit different candidate’s profiles and making him believe that these girls are specifically interested in me(the groom)! he even called multiple times with some fancy “discounts” so that he can find profiles from foreign countries! After few calls, my father talked to me about the details and I was curious, why someone would be that much interested and was not giving the girl candidates my details if that was true!? After few days my father got another call and that guy(“Vikas” “Patel” possibly from Gujarat) asking to pay money!! To buy assisted service!! I was shocked that the BHARAT MATRIMONY does such practices!!
He started saying how good I am (the groom) with a very good educational background and so many girl candidates waiting for me and all the stuff…and the next minute he said “uski age bhi ho gai hai, fir use ladki milne me mushkil hogi!” ( I was like What a crap! I can’t believe this is the way you have normalized at Bharat Matrimony group) when my father said that his son(Me) had already paid for membership on different site, this guy started to threaten to delete my profile on the Bharat Matrimony!!! I was nearby and listened to this sentence!! He even asked my father to open the app and how to delete the profile step by step!! I grabbed the phone right away and that “Vikas” guy got confused and lost the speech. On asking why is he threatening he didn’t have answers!! On asking surname and his id to complain about such practices, he just hung up!!

This is the way the matrimonial sites work!!
What a shame Bharat Matrimony group for carrying out such nonsense to your own customers!!!

Don’t Pay for their service- any plan!!
I paid more for a combo plan where you get access to their sister sites (Telugu, Tamil etc) along with Bharat matrimony. However, they didn’t give me the combo plan. I spent $100 additional for nothing. Customer service is so bad!

Worst company. Do not sign up for their assisted service. Your assisted service representative does nothing. They send you good profiles to accept. Once you accept they don’t even call the opposite party. You rather get a shaadi.con service atleast they work.
Do not fall into the trap if they give you free assisted service for a week or some shit, that’s only you trap you to pay 500-1000$ for nothing.
Their app is trashhhh too.

harat matrimony is totally a fraud company, it just try to get money, after you purchase a particular package, it will further deny access to other groups. To get access to that you need to pay more, 300 such groups are there like Bharat matrimony, yadav matrimony, baniya matrimony, iit/iim matrimony etc. be aware to them, don`t get fooled be not be impulsive.

It is a genuine profile with many genuine profiles. (Yes there are some fake ones rarely but I came across many real profiles personally.)

It does deserve a good rating.

This is a scam service, they have their agent's using some of the women's profiles for switch and bait, they will make you pay for the service you haven't availed. Keep your card details safe, they will charge you without your authorization and their customer service does not exist, good luck claiming your refunds.
