Renewed my insurance again with BG Insurance; Spencer dealt with my case and was efficient and professional throughout the conversation.
I have been an ADI for nearly 40 years and have found BG to be the best; highly recommend them.

The lady on the call was informative and gave me things to consider I had not thought about. She was pleasant throughout the call and helped with explanations of anything I was unclear about.

Firstly, put on hold for what felt like an eternity. Then to be told that in order to change my reg on my policy was going to cost just shy of £50!!! Absolutely scandalous and nothing but daylight robbery. I called in April about this and it was only £25 so the fact that it's now almost doubled says a lot. Not a chance I'll be renewing.

Adam was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with getting a quote. He took the time to find me the best price, and I really appreciate his excellent service.

I have just taken out an insurance policy for my driving school car.
I spoke to Zak initially and he was very helpful and informative. I was impressed with his customer service skills.
After speaking with other insurers I decided to opt with BG, not because they were the cheapest (they weren’t - all the quotes were pretty close) but due to Zak’s extra helpfulness.

When I called back, Darren helped me get the agreement completed and he was very helpful too.

I had to make a change to the proposal and Lucy made it easy for me - BG certainly has some great customer service workers!

I hope I don’t have to use them for any claims, but if I do I’m hoping the service is just as good.
