You sign up online in a few minutes, and our licensed property tax consultants handle everything from there: filing the protest, building an evidence packet from recent neighborhood sales and equal-and-uniform comparisons, negotiating at the informal stage, and representing you at the formal ARB hearing if needed. You never attend a hearing or file paperwork. Nothing is due upfront, and nothing is owed unless we reduce your assessed value — our fee is 10% of your tax savings, well below the 25–50% that's standard in Texas. Homestead exemption filing is always free, whether or not you protest with us, and if you bought your home anytime in the appraisal year, your first protest season is free.

Few easy click and good savings
Sat through the meeting with the county, listened to everything, nodded my head...then went home and took matters into my own hands. Found Bezit a few days later and somehow they got a reduction anyway. When asked how, they showed me the comps and adjustments they made and determined a market value. Sad that I wasted one hour of drive and Happy that I went with Bezit and save $600!!

Smooth process, excellent experience
Glad I tried them when they showed up at my door. They even offered first year free. Registration process was smooth, and so was the appeal process. They lowered my tax burden considerably. My house is in Denton County, if it helps anyone.
