Seriously the most fantastic service I've ever experienced for a concierge. Let me explain...
1) Service is on whatsapp! Instead of emails like my other concierge services. So very prompt and professional communication
2) Great contacts and discounts. Always goes the extra mile. I feel like I am her only client! Newsletter is good too. I got the IV drip and didn't know it existed a week ago.
3) Great value. I keep saying her fees are too low for the service i'm getting but maybe I should just keep my mouth shut LOL

A true professional
Sarah is a true professional and I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting a dedicated one-to-one personalised concierge service. Although she has the sweetest, down-to-earth nature, don't let that fool you... She can handle the most demanding clients and tricky requests with ease and all with a genuine smile on her face.
