The creams etc are brilliant but the pump is third rate and often causes problems. Cheap let down on the product.
Taken long time to reply. I would just go back to original pump that worked beautifully. Hope this is sorted soon.

Dear Barbara, We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. As we responded on your email, When purchasing our products from Europe/ EU, taxes/VAT are not paid at the point of sale (i.e. no VAT is paid on your original purchase from Beyond) however these are paid at the point of delivery (plus customs and duties); this means your purchase via Beyond excludes VAT. These changes are due to import and export amendments as a result of Brexit which is sadly out of our control.

Sorry for the delay in responding-I’m a 24/7carer for my husband and am always ‘time challenged’.I’d meant to start using the products on Monday(my birthday)but it still hasn’t happened!-I cannot tell a lie as it were in response to my review,but would say that if the cleanser and cream are still the same as previous purchases I endorse them wholeheartedly and look forward to using them-the cleanser especially which gives such a smooth and aromatic experiance “sensations sweet felt in the blood,and felt along the heart;and passing even into my purer mind with tranquil restoration etc,etc.ect..”.Hope this will suffice for now,many thanks Sylvia Davis (AKA Sovia for some reason)

Love the products I've bought and can't fault the shipping. The products leave my skin lovely and soft and it feels firmer already. I ordered at 3pm and got a shipping note at 3.45pm to say it had been shipped. Would definitely recommend.
