No stock of products
I’ve given this rating because I am awaiting 4 Dr Hauschka skin care & body products to arrive back in stock so I can place an order. These items have been out of stock for at least 3 weeks & I’ve had to order from another company because of this. Such a shame.

Gave the completely wrong product and…
Gave a completely different product to what I ordered due to false descriptions on their website. I have sent emails informing them as they “will not refund until customer service tells you” but they have not responded

They have not delivered my order and are refusing to refund. Trying to accuse of lying. Dishonest and really bad customer service. AVOID.
Edit: Case in point (their reply) They keep trying to say it is delivered, when they know full well there were 2 separate orders, and only 1 was delivered. They have no proof of the second delivering either and have NOT provided it, because there is none. They are liars. Again, AVOID.

I've checked our system and a return request was received on the 5th of Jan which we replied to that same day with a return form however we have not heard back from you on this nor have we received the parcel back yet.
