Avoid if you can, lying Sales Manager, be aware they may increase your car's price even after agreed price. Told on the day of collection after 5hr journey that car is not going to be released, it did in the end get released but issues were present in the 40k car we bought. Car valet, non- existent, had to get car cleaned myself, they had plenty of time to get the car prepared and ready. General Sales Manager seems like a nice person, liked talking to me on the phone however no resolutions are actually provided, only sweet talk.

We will avoid this garage and maybe even Audi, in future.

Disgraceful Garage!!! I went into Audi Bexley this morning as my rear mirror had fallen down (sensors working fine just needed clipping back) the “ engineer” by looking at the mirror told me that he had seen this problem before and I would need a whole new wind screen to fix the problem at a cost of 1,000. He didn’t even attempt to put it back or test anything. I decided to get a second opinion at another garage who clipped it back straight away and saved me 1,000. This is the second time I have been lied to at this garage - AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS.

5* for the salesman Montel Kingsley that dealt with me. He was a great and genuine guy, felt at ease and never pressured, he was patient throughout the whole sales process and facilitated the purchase easily for me. Couldn’t fault him whatsoever.

Only downside? The car hadn’t been cleaned properly on the inside - not Montel’s fault but I only noticed this when I drove away. There were marks on both the front seats with mud and dirt which I wasn’t happy about when spending a significant amount on the car.

Poor product quality and disgusting service.

I had recently took my Audi A3 into Bexley Audi for the third time this year, due to several manufacturing faults on a brand new 70 plate A3.

Every time I have visited Audi Bexley, I have been presented with poor customer service. My recent visit, I was rudely ignored by one of the service team. To be shown my courtesy car which was filthy inside and out, crisp and sweet packets, dirty masks, crumbs and dirt throughout the vehicle. When I rung up Audi Bexley to notify them of the problem, I was told I would receive a call back to resolve the matter. 4 hours later I had still not had a call and due to travel to work. I had called back to which I had to take the vehicle back to Audi for them to clean, I was then given back the car but all the rubbish that was on the floor was simply put into side of the doors and drink holders. No regard for corona virus and the potential spread to customers.

After 4 days I was called to collect my car, I was shown my own vehicle which was also filthy inside and out, heavy black soot and scuffs around the car. No attempt to clean the vehicle even though that is part of the service. Called Audi Bexley to notify them of the disgusting service, was told I would receive a call from management within 24hrs. No one from Audi has been in touch.

The only member of the team that apologised and looked to help the matter was the receptionist.

The quality of their vehicles is disgustingly poor and their customer service equally as poor. Extremely disappointed, will not be purchasing an Audi again.

Bexley Audi sells used cars that are not fit for purpose. See complaints on Audi clubs or other sites of reviews. Bexley Audi claims they do 100 check point and give such paperwork but ask Bexley Audi using freedom of information act as to level compkaintsctheirvused cars and you will see how bad. They fiddle the documents. Also When customers try to claim on their warranties Bexley Audi try find excuses delay the claims not carry out repairs and try say must pay them £300-600 to check it..their own warranty work. CRAZY! See ombudsmen also as to volume of claims and ask Bexley Audi show settlements made. You be not get full report as they will not give it. They sold me an A5 Quattro diesel and within 3 months the transmission failed and their service agents receipts issues as in services no fluid. Fixed but NOT replaced as they claim but also faiked to TELL of extended warranty on repair itself carry 2 years BUT TRANNY which again failed 1.5 years later. Then I had brake disc and pad replaced within 12 months as it cracked as it was below safe limits yet Bexley sold car 100 POINT check. All thus and car had not done near 10 miles in 2 years. UK AIDI KNOWS OF IT BUT DOES NITHING THEIR FRANCHISES BAD DEALERS
