I purchased the dark metal Audo large salt and pepper grinders. They are by far the best Salt-N-Pepa grinders I’ve seen or owned the black metal and simplicity of the bottle shape come together to give a very sculptural look and feel they also function perfectly. Beut where super easy to deal with and sent my package out in good time thanks very much.

Christmas Gift ordered on 2nd Dec. Hasn’t arrived. The listed phone number doesn’t connect. No response from customer service email other than ‘sorry, we we’ll check our warehouse’ & no follow-up or resolution., Writing this on 19th Dec assuming it won’t be arriving. And no way of checking. Poor - in every way.

I deal with interiors and restyling furniture. Beut are my goto for paper and custom sized murals. Dixie in customer services is absolutely amazing, so helpful, my order is always processed quickly and she really does go the extra mile to help if it’s needed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ordering from Beut.

The product was exactly what I wanted as a Christmas gift for my brother in law who admired the ones I have (brandy glasses). The outer box was really bashed and the “presentation” box too to a lesser extent, which is a shame as it is a gift and should look good not shabby! The delivery was delayed several days, which in itself is of no consequences in my case, inachievable delivery dates should not be given, people will be waiting or require goods by the date given.

Updated review; I placed an order for 4 items and i had a problem with my order saying it was shipped but no sign of it and the tracking not working which got me super worried. I stressed about it all weekend as the communication is poor, the phone line doesnt work and I wasnt getting replies to my questions to customer services.

Finally after 2 or 3 days I had help from Dixie and finally received my order. Was very pleased with her help and with the items that I received. All delivered in perfect condition and now very happy.

I would however think twice before ordering again from here.

Beautiful item and sent quickly. Only slight comment would be that it said free shipping underneath the item but then postage was added.

This is a quality retailer of beautiful furniture and accessories for the house and good living. The designers used are the best in the world , unique items not commonly found. Service is excellent and speedy, always communicating expected delivery times. Every time I need something for the house, I go there for inspiration, I always find something beautiful.

Very good service and communication from the start. I received my lovely sheepskin this afternoon and I'm delighted with the size and quality. There's always uncertainty when ordering online but I am extremely pleased after my first experience with Beut.

I've always found Beut's website easy to use and they keep you fully updated with the progress of delivery. I was particularly impressed with the packaging. My new dining chairs were very well protected and I'm thoroughly pleased with them.

Beware if you do have a problem. this company will use every trick in the book to delay sorting the problesm .I reported an intermittent faulty swich on a lamp. They ask for some photographs , I sent them the photo. after 4 weeks they have now asked for a video ( 28/10/25) the issue is now sorted
