BetterImpact is a comprehensive and productive piece of software that we use for scheduling shifts for staff and volunteers as well as for scheduling training and special events. It is easy to use, customizable, and provides training videos and written guides to help manage our workflows.

It is a very good system for managing volunteer data. I use it every day to track my volunteers’ sign‑in and sign‑out times, as well as their volunteer hours. I’m also looking forward to exploring and using the other functions.

We have a great experience using Better Impact. The system has what we need as a small municipality and more. The reporting features are helpful for tracking volunteer engagement. The mobile app is nice, but do wish their was an administrative app, so we can get notified of changes or if need to change an activity quickly off work hours. Overall, our municipalities experience has been great and recommend this software program.

Pretty user-friendly for volunteers who like to use phone apps. I don't think you could ask for better customer service -- very responsive, and now that they have an AI bot it's even easier and less embarrassing to ask simple questions, for harder questions or anything that the bot can't resolve a real person is SUPER responsive. There are user groups for the administrators too, so you can learn more about all of the tools you're not yet using. There is so much you can do with Better Impact, and they have continued to improve the experience in the almost 5 years I've been using it.

I have found Better Impact to be very user friendly. All of our volunteer data is able to be stored in one location for access by our teams in various locations.

Better Impact is very convenient for keeping track of our volunteers- as well as our patients. We use it every day and it is extremely helpful. My only critique would be that we wish the encounters a volunteer puts in would also reflect on the hours page of the volunteer profile. Otherwise, it is very good. I explore more features each day.

The portal is great to work with some bugs but the team is great to help out!

Better Impact turned out to be the perfect solution to many of our volunteer management needs. We especially love that there are embedded trainings and an attractive, intuitive interface for both the admin and users. It ended up being our top pick for a volunteer CRM for its features, but it coincidentally came out as the most affordable option for us as well.

Easy to use for Volunteers and Administration. I have been using this product for almost 10 years and it keeps getting better.

Our organization has our Better Impact accounts organized by state as we cover a large portion of the Midwest. I love how organized BI is and how easy it is to access my volunteer profiles and information. Uploading documents is a breeze and everything is organized and user-friendly! The only change I would make is to name Better Impact and My Impact (the app our volunteers use) the same thing to avoid confusion.

I would love to learn more and help facilitate expanding the use. Some districts have, for example, set up site for camp hosts. I would love to help out district set one up.
