Never received product and withdrew my money twice.

Order never arrived. Never heard a reply from complaint. I believe it's a scam company ripping off other brands. DO NOT PURCHASE.

My product never arrived. I emailed the company and I got a response that said that they would be looking into it. I replied thank you and followed up every three or so days for a further reply to which I never got another response. I asked for a refund and none was ever given.

I as well ordered 1 month ago and have not recd the order. Im glad I used my credit card as I have asked for my money back. They will insure me. Good thing as I am quite sure city never will. I found out that the real company is Underbrush. Look it up its made by Nathan & co.

Never received my order.
Reached out by email, did not receive a reply.
Paid for the insured 4-7 day delivery. Considering this a loss.

My order never arrived and the subscribed me without my permission. No way to cancel, emailed them to cancel my subscription and never got an answer. They continued to withdrawing money. Please big scam don't order anything from this company.

Absolutely a scam. Copy cat gum! No way to call company, no way to email. No way to get my money back As I started my order they added a “bonus” item before I could review the order and processed the order without review. I thought this was very suspicious and I was right. After really investigating what I thought was the original gum , I found out this was a scam ripoff.

I ordered July 4th. It said it was shipped July 11th. It has not arrived and it’s the 24th. The tracking number is invalid. There are no answers to my email inquiries. The phone number provided on the website is invalid. I ordered gum.
Edit: it’s August 7th. No product ever arrived and now they’ve charged me again as though it’s a “subscription”. Both transactions have been disputed with Visa. I won the first dispute. The company never responded to Visa’s inquiries and now I see that the website is no longer available. I’ll keep you posted if I win the second transaction and I will monitor for further unauthorized charges.

I ordered 2 days ago money got deducted but no sms or neither can I track the order nor contact them.my order number is BB86342.

One of the worst brushes I've ever tried. The bristles are soft but the problem is they come out very fast. It's scary to think if we use this for kids, we wouldn't even realize that it has come out and they will swallow it.
Secondly the product I ordered had a toothpaste along with it. These frauds never sent the product and even after repeated emails there has been no response. Absolute waste customer care service.

I had ordered 6 brush packs whereas only 4 brush pack was delivered along with blue colour toothpaste. The worst part is there is no contact no. on their website and they do not reply back to the emails I have written to them.

I am not sure 100% but it seems to be a scam.
1. My order id is BB42338 - I ordered a pack of 2 LUX toothbrush and a pack of 3 in 1Lux edition on 6th Sept 2023
2. I only received the the 3 in 1 LUX pack after making a prepaid order
3. Customer support assured the balance shipment would be sent and email too nothing till date
4. Moreover if you track your order it says invalid order where it makes me feel jittery abt the entire expereince
