From when I identified that the supplied battery was incorrect and no alternative existed, Better Batt made the return and refund process very simple. Thank you Better Batt.

Gen @ Better Batt helped me efficiently and speedily as to how to add to a previous order.

First off it was really easy to make the order on their website.

I emailed with a query and not long after I received an email in return providing me with an answer (thanks Elcana).

Thereafter I received updates regarding my order which was really appreciated, including today with delivery details (thanks Gen).

I feel confident should I have any problems or queries these will be handled quickly.

Waiting 5 weeks for a battery for a baby monitor and still not here.

Recently bought a charger for an OM Systems TG-7 camera. On the fourth attempt to charge a battery, one of the charger pins broke and the charger wouldn't charge at all. Was in northern Indonesia at the time, so couldn't send it back. Upon returning, we requested a refund, answered a long list of mostly irrelevant questions, and made some suggestions as to how the company could improve its customer service. And never heard back from them, despite a follow-up email. Better Batt obviously has no intention of honoring the charger's warranty. AVOID this company and make similar purchases on, for example, Amazon.com.au, where Amazon will if necessary, stand behind an Amazon marketplace purchase.

I ordered Texas Instrument calc battery. The battery sent was completely different voltage, power and watts. When I called to complain Glen replied thar they have pictures just for reference and actual battery will be different. I have never seen this approach towards such critical product such as Batteries.
Not recommended to anyone to buy battery from this store.
Glen refused to take return with full refund. I will escalating the matter now.

Batterbat have a huge range of batteries, especially for older laptops and cameras. They are always helpful if I need help sorting out the battery.

Better Batt were exceptional with their customer service. Initially the new laptop battery was delivered quickly and at a good price. Unfortunately the battery started quickly loosing charge after a month, Better Batt gave me plenty of trouble shooting advice which unfortunately didn’t work, but Better Batt’s follow up was exceptional, even when I was slow to or hadn’t responded they were chasing me, wow this never happens After all trouble shooting advice was exhausted, Better Batt replaced the laptop battery I couldn’t ask for better customer service, well done to the Better Batt Team

Do Not. I repeat DO NOT use this company. I rang to make sure they had my battery and charger in stock as I needed them within 3 days and I was assured that they would be dispatched that day if I placed the order straight away. Which I did. I then rang to make sure they had received my order. Which they did. I was then assured my order would be dispatched that day. It wasnt. I rang the next day to say that I hadnt received a tracking code and was told I would be notified once the order was picked and dispatched. I would not be getting my order by the time I needed it. Hopeless. Hopeless. Hopeless. Thanks for nothing Bad Batt.

Betterbat are awesome. I have (my fault) ordered the incorrect batteries. They were extremely quick to offer a replacement battery, arranged for return freight and their batteries all appear to be really good quality. All in all 10/10, very happy

My laptop battery was dying so I ordered a new one from BetterBatt. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong battery and needed to return it. I phoned BetterBatt and they helped me with their return process and with selecting the correct battery for my laptop. By the end of the day they had emailed me with a link to the correct battery and provided a postage-paid label for returning the incorrect battery. They have since emailed me a few times with tracking info and to confirm that the new battery is working correctly. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to Shine and Han for all their help.

I placed an order on 30 July, clearly shown as in stock. After weeks of silence and chasing, I was told it would take another 2–3 weeks. Then, after almost a month of waiting, they finally admitted the item was actually out of stock with no ETA at all.

Dont be fooled by in Stock, Thier defination of in stock is its in stock somewhere in mainland china, exact location and ETA of which they are not sure

This company knowingly lists items as “in stock” when they are not, stringing customers along with repeated excuses and empty apologies. Their communication is slow, vague, and unhelpful. Instead of taking accountability, they push the burden back on the customer to cancel and wait for a refund.

This is not just poor service, it’s outright misleading and dishonest. Wasted over a month of my time for nothing. I strongly advise avoiding this business altogether. They cannot be trusted to deliver what they advertise.

wasted several weeks of my time by sending me the wrong battery for my laptop, then having the nerves for asking me to pay for the return postage, then asked for more money to send the correct battery which i had paid the advertised price for, even after all that i tried to get him to send me what i paid for, for the advertised price, he declined but gave me my refund. I ended up buying the correct item from BIG W online for the same advertised price. Not a very intelligent person to deal with.

No matter how long the order takes to be delivered, the customer service has been great which is what I value the most. I have been updated consistently about the order status without having to ask. Exactly what I want from an online vendor.
