Had a new kitchen fitted by Betta Living in 2015 gave us a 10 year guarantee after 3 years had problem with appliances was told that the company had folded. Company that took over said the guarantee was not their problem. Their should be a law when you take over a company you should take responsibility of the out standing warranty’s.

Dreadful company, had some many issues with the fitting and customer service wasn’t helpful. Overpriced, awful company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Stolen well over 8K from us 6 years ago,a very rude/racist installer who made fun of my ethnicity and didnt even build it to a good standard, didn't follow the blueprint or fixed any mistakes/left huge holes in walls. Awful plumbing and electric works, we are having to gut it all out and re do it and the company never reached us and apparently the company filed bankruptcy but still going somehow.

Just found out Betta Living salesman conned my Mum out of a deposit and never did the work. Looks like they took a big chunk of money up front and when she called to tell them she was in hospital they told her they’d keep the deposit. Also looks like a ridiculous finance with double the amount in interest. Who then said they would put the work on hold and never came back to do the work… All the paperwork and names of sellers. I don’t think anyone should ever trust this company, who takes peoples money, over £££’s upfront for work they haven’t done and never do. This isn’t right. Ray Perry should be ashamed.

Don't buy , our high gloss doors a disgrace cracked and peeling off , and can't get any response from the then known as Betta kitchens , 7 years old and now being replaced ...You Robbed Us !!!

Absolute disgrace! .. Whatever you do not but a kitchen from this company!!!!!! Our kitchen doors are peeling after only 7 years paid a fortune for them !

After 7years my kitchen cabinet doors are peeling, having spent over 15k on it I expected it to last longer!!!

Bought a kitchen from this company in 2016 and took finance out. Soon afterwards started having problems with the fitting, doors not shutting etc. Tried ringing the company to complain only to find out they had gone into administration. The company should not have been taking orders with the knowledge of insolvency. Do not use this company.

I had my kichen fitted in 2015. Unbeknown to me, the fitters did not lock off an old pipe under my kitchen sink. About a year later water started to gush. I called an emergency plumber. He had to break the back of the unit in order to get at the pipe.
I called Better Living Kitchen the next day and was told they were no longer trading and had been taken over. The new owners told me that they could not assist me with the matter.
The emergency plumber also brought my attention to a bent over 15mm pipe that wasn't capped.
I am a single woman living on my own. I know nothing about kitchen fitting and naturally put my trust in Better Living Kitchen to do a good job but they failed me.

Not good, do not trust this company. Had to pay again for all granite tops to the suppler as there credit was no good.
No support from the company. DO NOT USE !

The product is good, apart from that the company which is now owned by, wefitanyfurniture, is rubbish, they don’t reply to calls & emails, if you actually manage to speak to anyone they are rude and do not care, this is basically because they have your money up front. Stay well clear of the con men. It took them 2 months to supply the corner pullout unit and that was after the operations director promised it in a week & it arrived in a month, without any notification from the company!!

Do not deal with this company we had lots of problems with them in past.

This lot fitted my kitchen in 2014, amateurs to say the least. I purchased it because of the Next brand name, the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Do not use, it will not be a good experience!! The worktops are now my latest problem. Trading Standards need to have a close look at this company!!

If I could’ve given no stars I would have. The fitter was no expert. Think he was a sub contractor from Bodge-it and Co. Took them 9 months to rectify all my kitchen defects including a dangerous electrical one. After 4 years the sticky back plastic, yes that’s what they seem to use, on the cabinets and Doors is bubbling and peeling off. Tap and hob have had to be replaced. Sink colour is fading. Don’t touch em with a barge pole.

Do not touch this Company, 4 years ago I was expecting my Bedroom to be fitted ! Stupidly I paid up front £4,000 paid £84 for designer & a further £180 to Skip Firm, skip arrived on day fitters were due. By 11am no one had arrived ! So gave them a ring, to my horror there was an automated message to say they had gone into Administration ! I was mortified as I had paid by debit card ! They had gone out of business 4 days before ! They had the cheek to say they could do my bedroom for a further £1000. I won’t repeat what I replied, Mrs M Cooke Formby.

Had large over sink cabinet just fall off the wall when I opened it!
This was about 13 months after installation, contact them about it was told the would get back in touch with me after the 15/06/2020, still heard nothing further.
Will be contacting trading standards in due course.

we paid , sorry, are STILL PAYING £10k for one of these crap kitchens, the fitting is very poor, doors falling off, drawers falling out broken, delaminated and warped doors, loose side panel, numerous handles falling off, shelves drop out daily due to inadequate plastic tab fixings that drop out, pelmet led light dropped off. the salesman knew they were going into administration in 2016 yet still stitched us up . we bought the kitchen after seeing it in Next at Home at Meadowhall. NEXT HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS OF THIS MATTER COMPLETELY AND ARE AS MUCH USE AS A CHOCOLATE FIREGUARD. OVERPRICED CRAP. DON'T TOUCH EITHER COMPANY- EVER IF YOU DONT ENJOY GOING OUT TO WORK DAY IN DAY OUT TO PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR THIS RUBBISH. OH, AND GUARANTEE FOR 15 YEARS. PAAHH

I can’t believe how many other people have had the same experience as myself ..... had wardrobes installed - gloss finish just lifting off doors - company goes bust - warranty useless - company opens up again with same address same directors same products by the sound of it. So £4000 out of pocket no chance of new doors £600 odd to buy new doors from elsewhere to sort it out. Keep away from them. Do not use them.
