Seems like a scam. Don’t make any payouts, even after multiple requests. Can’t tell you what happens with your data. Doesn’t seem legit, maybe that’s why they have a license from Costa Rica and not from Malta or more trustworthy institutions. Seems rather unfair to treat customers the way they do. Sad, since most of the costumer service seem nice though.
