Quickly resolved a duplicate order
Mistakenly made a duplicate order and contacted customer service by email because they only had a phone number in China. They immediately cancelled the duplicate order and sent me a refund. They are very trustworthy and have excellent customer service.

Great Lighting for good Price Point
Unboxed and tested the Betopper LB150 moving head light. Was immediately impressed by the build quality of the unit. Smooth and surprisingly quiet operation. The assortment of Gobos and Colors is also quite impressive. This unit functions as expected. Would recommend to others looking to purchase a moving head.

The movements are smooth, the beams are bright and sharp, and the effects look great even in larger venues.

Lyre BSW 200
Very good moving head light. The Betopper BSW200 is well made, easy to use, and the lighting effects are very nice.
The gobos are clean and effective, with good brightness and a good visual result for events, shows, and stage lighting. The unit is easy to set up and can be controlled via DMX. I also use it with QLC+, and it works well for creating scenes, chases, movements, and live control.
The package is complete and includes:
* 1 power cable
* 1 DMX cable
* 1 safety cable
* 1 mounting bracket
* 1 user manual
Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It offers good performance, nice effects, and easy operation for stage and event lighting.
