Great experience! It was a really convenient bus - love that we were able to leave bags on the bus during the concert. Just be aware that toilets can't be used on the way to the concert - just the way back - however, the driver did stop at applegreens for a comfort break which was amazing. The staff were so helpful and nice. There was even water waiting for us after the concert which was a great touch. Unfortunately, our bus seemed to consist of a group of the most inconsiderate people who were extremely loud and rude - making the return journey a painful 2.5 hours - to the point that we ended up getting off the bus a stop early. Completely understand that there's nothing the company can do about this so overall - value for money, would definitely recommend and would book again!

We booked a last minute coach to Croke park from Belfast and the service was great, will definitely use again.

They really went the extra mile - Half way through the concert I text the provider to ask if my brother could join us on the bus home and they happily agreed to bring him back as well, at no extra cost. Really great service - Highly recommend.

First time using Be there trips last night for oasis in croke park everything ran completely like clockwork from pick up till collection. The coach itself was of a very high standard and had charging usb points for charging phones etc.the driver got us to drop a pin on our phones for collection will definitely use again top class

Travelled on Saturday to watch Leeds United v AC Milan. Great experience, no hassle! Coach picked us up in Banbridge and straight to the Aviva. Noleen reserved us two seats. Ken was brilliant! He made sure we were all present both going and coming home. To be honest I never heard of Be There Trips but I’d definitely use again and I’ll definitely be telling others!! Excellent modern bus. Had great communication the whole way through from booking until pick up, which was bang on time. Really easy journey down and same for back up and the driver even had a chilled bottle of water waiting for us when we got back onto the bus after the gig. Highly recommend this firm!

Noleen was so accommodating and lovely, quick responses via email, went above and beyond to get us seats on the sold out bus. The actual trip was exactly what you could want with no problems, driver was very nice and even provided everyone on board a bottle of cold water after the concert!! Would definitely recommend and book with again.

Absolutely amazing!! I completely forget the drivers name but we were the pink coach for Olivia Rodrigo Marlay Park yesterday and he was so so friendly!! He cracked jokes and made us all laugh during both the journeys.

Usually go with a different coach company to concerts but decided to try Betheretrips this time and will definitely be using again! Comfier coaches, toilet on board and charging ports on board! Also seen the kind driver handing out a charger to a girl who didn’t have one with her.

A great touch was having free of charge bottles of water stored in a fridge for us all to take for the journey home!!! 🥰 I was literally saying to my friends walking back to the coach, “we don’t have time to get any drinks for journey home coaches should really implement a way to sell drinks onboard”.

We travelled from Lisburn to Phoenix Park for the Zach Bryan concert and had a brilliant experience on the coach! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish – the pick-up was on time, the coach was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and professional. The journey was stress-free, and it was great not having to worry about parking or navigating busy roads. Would definitely recommend this service for future events – made the whole night even more enjoyable!

We travelled with Be There Trips from Belfast to Dublin on Saturday for the Zach Bryan concert, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Our driver, Ryan, was so friendly and helpful. He made sure everyone was on board before we left and even had bottles of water waiting for us on the return journey. The bus was really comfortable with air conditioning and phone chargers at the seats, which made the trip even better. Everything ran on time. Couldn’t recommend them more — we’ll definitely be booking again!

Travelled to watch Zach Bryan play Phoenix Park (Belfast to Dublin return). First class transport and customer service provided by our driver Randal. Fantastic service for an extremely well priced trip, we will definitely be travelling again and would highly recommend using this company.

Noleen & Randall were so friendly on arrival. The bus was really clean & comfy and the air con was a welcome relief from the heat of the day.
Bottles of cold water were provided on our return to the bus which was a lovely touch, as were the chocolate bars that were passed around to the hungry concert goers!
I would definitely use Be There Trips again. Top class.

Went to concert to Phoenix park with Betheretrips on Friday . The staff were very friendly . On the way back driver made sure everyone is in,didn't had a problem to wait a bit longer for anyone who were late .

Couldn’t recommend be there trips more, when I accidentally booked my bus for the wrong day they contacted me to see why I wasn’t at the bus yet and when I realised and explained i was meant to go the next day Noleen was more than helpful and we honestly can’t thank her enough, she done everything she could to ensure we were able to get on the bus the next day. On the day of our concert we arrived and our driver (believe his name was Randy or Rodney) was so friendly and such a laugh he ensured when we arrived everyone pinned their location in order to find the way back to the and didn’t leave till he had everyone back. The bus itself was comfortable and had a toilet, we were also able to leave our stuff on the bus during the concert. Will 100% be using them again and couldn’t recommend more.
