WARNING. I deposited money and it never went onto my balance. I went on live chat and sent screenshots and a bank statement. They confirmed that I had deposited and advised that it would go on or I would get a refund. Long story short. I've been back on live chat another 4 times since and was asked to send more bank statements. I was told I'd be emailed but never did. It's been nearly 2 months and nothing. They've just stolen my money. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM SITE.

I had a very negative experience with this casino. After winning 250 PLN by playing with my balance after the bonus, my withdrawal was canceled, with the explanation that I could only withdraw 125 PLN from the bonus. However, the 250 PLN was earned after completing the bonus requirements, and yet I was limited to withdrawing only 125 PLN.

Customer support directed me to the finance department, which only repeated the same rules but didn’t offer a solution to my issue, even though the minimum withdrawal is 250 PLN. It’s hard to trust a casino that handles withdrawal issues in such a complicated and unclear way.

Just the biggest scam in the world. In order to withdraw money you need to gamble what you deposited 3 times.
