Title: Very Negative Experience – Funds Disappeared & No Accountability

My experience with BetCX7 has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

This platform presents itself as an international app, but in reality, operations appear to be handled through local agents (“bookies”) in Pakistan. Transactions are conducted via Easypaisa and JazzCash, which makes the entire process feel unregulated and unsafe.

I invested money daily, often increasing my stakes in an attempt to recover previous losses. I planned carefully, spent long hours awake, and even affected my sleep and health trying to manage my bets responsibly. Despite all this effort, whenever my winnings increased significantly, serious issues started to occur.

The main problems I faced:

- My winnings appeared in the app’s statement, but my actual balance with the assigned agent showed zero
- Several winning bets were either reduced or completely missing from the agent’s records
- After accumulating higher winnings, my account was suddenly deactivated
- The agent stopped responding, blocked communication, or became unreachable

Additionally, every time I was asked to send money, it was to different accounts (often under different names), which raises serious concerns about transparency and legitimacy.

Another major issue is the complete lack of accountability:

- There is no proper head office or authority to contact
- The help center does not provide real support; calls are handled by local agents only
- Emails are not responded to
- There is no clear system to file a claim or recover funds

Based on my experience, I strongly believe this platform is not safe. Users have no protection, no reliable support, and no guarantee of recovering their money.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

This is one of the worst betting site i have ever seen in my life. When i was losing my money, there was no issue but when i win the website blocked me in the name of KYC and my KYC is still on pending since 21 days. There are about 185K pkr in my account but they banned my account without any reason. The customer support is worst.
