The whole site is pathetic as it is. Their so-called VIP program isn’t worth a single cent — when you reach a level, you don’t get what they promised and described at the previous one. The VIP bonuses are a joke: deposit this amount, wager it this many times, but after wagering you cannot withdraw, you can ONLY withdraw 5x the bonus amount you received — which also includes your deposited money!
I don’t recommend it to anyone, they’re lying scumbags. The live support is totally incompetent. The only good thing about them is the fast payouts, but apart from that the whole thing is a complete disgrace.

Scam page. The only good thing is that they have instant withdrawals, but the bonus system is trash. They are actively "bugging" the bonuses like you can not activate it, they wont give it back to you. Also the max bonus amount you can get is usually 2x, that means there is a high chance that you will get less - after the bonus finished - than what you have deposited. Insane (i had this also) High House edge, there are plenty of much better and trustworthy sites. They do not appreciate their active players.

Bleibt fern !!!!! Hier wird einem eine Lüge nach der nächsten erzählt weshalb sie das geld noch nicht ausgezahlt haben und wenn alle fristen verstrichen sind heißt es man tue alles das problem zu lösen und man solle? Richtig warten nur das man dann erzählt bekommt leider könne man nicht sagen wie lange kontaktierst du sie wiederholt sperren sie den Zugang zum chat und damit bis auf email die nie beantwortet werden jeglichen kontakt!!!!! Aber nach sämtlichen Ablauf der Zeitangaben ist die auszahlungsanfrage unverändert nach 7 Tagen unverändert !!! 2500 euro bezahlt und bei 250 weigern sie sich die erste Auszahlung klappt problemlos nach 8-12min worauf man ja vertrauen hat aus 50 800 gemacht da zahlt man auch ein wenig ohne gewinn und dann aus 10euro mal nach Haufen geld einzahlen endlich mal wieder 250auszahlen lassen und es kommt nicht eine lesende antwort außer man solle warten!!!! Bleibt bitte fern von diesen Betrügern!!!

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei Betmatch Casino zu spielen.
Die Einzahlung dauert unnötig lange und wirkt unseriös. Noch schlimmer: Die angebotenen Spiele sind meiner Meinung nach nicht fair. Gewinne kommen so gut wie nie zustande, und es entsteht der Eindruck, dass hier bewusst betrogen wird.
Transparenz fehlt komplett – weder bei den Bonusbedingungen noch bei den Auszahlungen. Kundenservice antwortet entweder gar nicht oder nur sehr ausweichend.
Für mich ist dieses Casino reine Abzocke und Betrug.
Mein Fazit: Finger weg von Betmatch! Es gibt viele seriöse Casinos mit klaren Lizenzen – dieses gehört ganz sicher nicht dazu.

Their "support team" does nothing
I can't withdraw, said i have a problem with the verification. I contacted the support email (they don't have live chat of course), they started asking for ten different verification methods, i had to send my id with me holding, it even though i already did that on their website, they also needed a bank statement and a screenshot of my google play wallet, which is already really sketchy. But even after i sent it all, and they "forwarded the problem to the operations department" and said that "it will be resolved shortly", nothing happened, they fixed nothing and just completely stopped answering to my emails. It's been a week with no news about my situation. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE WITH YOUR MONEY! ALSO, DON'T TRUST THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE!
