Patrons beware! Parking for this hotel is $15 a night. I was charged with a hold of $115.01 on my credit card when registering for the room. When leaving the parking area I had to pay again before the gate would open to let me out of the parking lot. I called the front desk when I discovered the full $115.01 hold had not been refunded, only $100 had. My card was charged $15.01. The manager informed me that I should have either buzzed the front desk from the parking area or obtained a parking pass. That I was out of luck although I had been charged twice for parking.
Not great rooms and food
People are great, but rooms and bed are tiny and no chefs on site to cook food.

The room we were given was terrible. The bed was slightly bigger than a single. The carpet was so stained and dirty I was frightened to put my feet on it. The bed was pushed up against the wall so very difficult for one person to get in. When we told staff they just shrugged their shoulders.

When we tried to make reservations for three nights under a group rate, we were told all the rooms in the block were sold, but we could have a room at the standard rate which was significantly higher than the group rate. We agreed only because this was the "host hotel" for our event. We arrived about 1:15 pm on check in day, and lady at the desk said "Check in is at 3:00." A little rude or at least curt, but then she continued, "Your early check in fee is $75." Again rather curt. I'm thinking $75 for an hour and 45 minutes early? No, thank you.
We went on to our event which started at 2:00 and when we returned to check in at the "proper time" there were approximately 15 people in the small lobby all trying to check in at the same time. When we finally got up to the desk, the young lady there said she was not aware of any "early check in policy". Kind of makes me wonder where that $75 dollars was really going.
The only reason this review got any stars at all is because the room was clean, breakfast was good, and it was pretty quiet all three nights.

If I could give this place MINUS stars, I would! I was in the process of selling my home and moving out of state. All my furniture was loaded on the truck and we needed a place to stay for 2 nights until our closing. I live in Green Valley and expected the local Best Western to be adequate for our needs. What a mistake! DO NOT STAY at this place! Disgusting, the beds were awful, the smoke detector on the ceiling was wrapped in plastic wrap, the bathroom floor was FILTHY, long dark hair was stuck to the shower walls, the shower valve came off in my hands, no hot water - lukewarm, at best! We were exhausted and at 73 years old, I decided that going back to my empty house and sleep on the floor was better than spending any time in this place! Unfortunately, I did no think to take any pictures to prove these conditions.

Premetto che per lavoro viaggio spesso e soggiorno regolarmente in hotel, ma non mi é mai capitato nulla del genere: sono stata punta da cimici del letto, con decine di punture su tutto il corpo. Sono dovuta andare al pronto soccorso e ho avuto lesioni cutanee per oltre due settimane.
Ho contattato immediatamente la struttura per segnalare l’accaduto, aspettandomi una gestione seria del problema. Invece, ho ricevuto solo superficialità, negazione e arroganza
Il problema non è stato tanto l’infestazione, cosa che può purtroppo capitare anche nelle strutture migliori, ma la totale mancanza di attenzione al cliente, la gestione scorbutica e indifferente di una situazione grave, che ha avuto un impatto reale sulla mia salute.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel; non per la struttura in sé, ma per la gestione del cliente inaccettabile e pericolosa.
Carta prepagata mai più
3/5 non le camere ed il personale che sono in genere in linea con il prezzo a cui si propongono. Pessimi invece i servizi come l'app, il sistema di prenotazione on line e peggio di tutti la carta prepagata BWhotel. App : solo in inglese, incapace di geolocalizzare, una volta inserita la località se si clicca su "edit stay" si viene ricapultati sulla home e bisogna riscrivere tutto daccapo. Tortuosa ed inefficiente.
Carta prepagata: nell'ultima esperienza, davvero negativa, il personale di reception (2 persone) e il loro supporto remoto non sapevano nemmeno cosa fosse. In effetti non si capisce se va chiamata prepagata, voucher, gift card. Ciò nonostante continuavano a confonderla con i punti della best western rewards (altro nome, altre credenziali). Solo quando ho mostrato loro il saldo disponibile dal mio cellulare , ed essersi nuovamente consultati con il loro centro di supporto sono riusciti a farmi pagare con la prepagata. L'unico suggerimento che posso dare relativamente a questa prepagata....mai più, mai più. Vergognoso. Ovviamente la colpa non va attribuita al personale che davvero fatto di tutto per ovviare al problema ma esclusivamente all'azienda che da un lato invita i propri clienti ad acquistare queste carte e dall'altro lascia impreparati i dipendenti degli hotel della loro catena. Peraltro a parte i problemi occorsi non si capisce a che pro bisognerebbe sottoscrivere per una carta di questo tipo, non ci sono vantaggi evidenti. Gli svantaggi invece sono molto chiari. Mi auguro che qualcuno di BW hotel dia seguito a questa segnalazione e che possa giustificare una situazione tanto imbarazzante.

I would leave this hotel -1 if I could. We paid £510 for 4 nights and when we got to our room there was blood and vomit stains all over the carpet and clear evidence of a bed bug infestation we requested a new room on a different floor to which the carpets were the same and the bed still had blood stains on. To add to this the lift had urine all over the floor.
I booke go anywhere, but here they will cheat you to the maxd a room with Best Western…
I booked a room with Best Western through a company online. When I got there, they told me there was no rooms available. I gave them a $135 for the room and then they have the audacity to send me to A hotel that was only $70 a night. And was very dirty and disgusting.
They did not refund the difference.This place has got to be the lowest class piece of work for hospitality.

Horrible company. Most employees are subpar from best western. Not hilton and marriott. They lie and don't acknowledge diamond members. I have had numerous problems with this brand. We will all stick with marriott and hilton now. The gm never returns calls. Awful service

We ahev stayed at this establishment before - on route to West Wales. Perhaps the manager has changed but the service CERTAINLY has deteriorated!!
Heat throughout the building was hig - in our room it was exceedingly hot. We turned OFF the radiator + opened the window to maximun plus the room door. 3 hours later - no improvment!
Only half a drinks order was provided and the meal order failed to appear - even after 30 minutes wait.
TWO staff was inadequate!! for perhaps 6 guests!!!
We left at 3am - but our non-provided dinner payment took over 17 days to be repaid and the ordered breakfasts CREDIT took even longer to be repaid!!
The current Manager has refused any negotiation or acceptance of responsibility. Best Western (BWH GB) refuse to take any action . NOT a good experience!!

Prenotazioni tramite booking per 6 persone al BW di Gorizia, asseritamente quattro stelle.
La prenotazione booking prevedeva, cosi come le indicazioni su google, il parcheggio gratuito compreso senza necessita di prenotazione , aria condizionata, camere matrimoniali con un solo letto king size , insonorizzazione.
Ci sono state assegnate tre camere al primo piano ,vista lato strada su una tettoia , molto sporca in cemento .
Aria confizionata non funziinante, presenza in tutte le camere di un letto aggiunto che imgombrava lo spazio , gia angusto , bagno cieco con aspiratore non funzionante, mobilio vecchio e poco funzionale ,ascensori angusti , lavori in corso nell’atrio , rumorosita nelle stanze , perdita d’acqua del lavandino di uno dei bagni .
Accoglienza pessima all’arrivo da parte di un addetto alla reception , non meglio qualificabile ( chiamato da altro addetto presente “direttore”) che in malo modo non solo manifestava l’indisponibilita del parcheggio contrattualmente prevista e garantita da booking ma ci invitava a parcheggiare in strada, ovviamente a nostre spese , dovevpossibile , assumendo che in citta’ non vi erano garage neanche a pagamento !
In linea con l’accoglienza il nostro reclamo verbale non e’ stato preso in considerazione dal soddetto receptionist!
Ovviamente l’impossibilita di un parcheggio garantito ha condizionato i nostri due giorni di permanenza in una citta’ ,peraltro molto brutta e priva di reali attrattive ,come Gorizia .
E’ inconcepibile che una struttura alberghiera siffatta sia accreditata di 4 stelle anche attraverso una pubblicita’ che di fatto si e’ rivelata ingannevole ,non consentendo una scelta consapevole, visti anche i prezzi praticati , neanche comprensivi di prima colazione!

tägliche Badüberschwemmung
Wir hatten im Best Wester Ahorn Hotel in Oberwiesental vom 12. bis 16.02.25 ein Doppelzimmer gebucht.
Nach dem Benutzen der hindernisfreien Dusche mussten wir feststellen, dass der Boden des Badezimmers zu einem erheblichen Teil mit Wasser bedeckt war. Insbesondere die Benutzung des WC's ist nicht möglich gewesen, ohne dass die Füße sich im deutlich überschwemmten Bereich befanden. Der Rückfluss des Wassers war nur schwerlich möglich, da dieser durch eine Bodenschiene behindert bzw. verhindert wurde. Um das Wasser loszuwerden müsste man nach jedem Duschen erstmal den Boden des Bades wischen, was in diesem Umfang eine Zumutung ist.
Eine Ansprache des Problems an der Rezeption brachte nichts. Es wurde lediglich ein Bedauern zum Ausdruck gebracht. Ein erneuter Besuch dieses Hotel kommt für uns ganz sicher nicht mehr in Betracht.

Ho soggiornato presso l'Etrusco Hotel di Arezzo a gennaio. C'è stato un disguido con le prenotazioni, mal gestito, ma non è tanto questo il problema, quanto il fatto che Best Western non permette di lasciare recensioni liberamente, sebbene abbia fatto espressa richiesta.

We travel with our dog and made a reservation for the Best Western Motel in Moab, UT, online while on the road. In making that reservation we were transferred from the Best Western site to an alternative "reservation center" site. When we got to the motel, we were informed that pets were not accepted. We asked for a refund, but apparently because their reservation people are off-shore, the person at the desk could not help us and we were given a number to call. After about 30 minutes of being transferred around, we were informed that we would not be refunded, despite the fact that the motel was about 3/4 empty, because the original website stated pets were not allowed. In addition, just for the pleasure of talking to their "reservation center," we were additionally upcharged another $12. Yes, we made an honest mistake because the previous night we stayed at another Best Western that did accept pets. Needless to say, we view this practice as an excuse to steal from us and we will never stay at another Best Western again.

I lost my flight home because their free breakfast gave me food poisoning. It was the sausage. Manager deflected. I know 100% it was their food that made me sick because I had not eaten anything for at least 12 hours. Beware of the food temperatures here. The experience I went through was BRUTAL.
